I only arrived last night and have had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Front desk staff Abdullah and Miranda have been so helpful trying to help me find my way as well as accommodate my family with a more comfortable room. I’m looking forward to the rest of my stay!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel we have been before and will be back in august it is in a fantastic location and the rooms are very clean the staff are helpful especially Anthony on the door he was very helpful with location of restaurants he is a fantastic asset to the hotel
We arrived with my family from Girona, Spain and stayed at the Strand Palace in London. A special mention to Abdulla, who checked us in he was very kind happy and funny and made us feel truly welcome. He made the whole check in process smooth and easy, which we really appreciated after our journey. Thanks to his great service we had a wonderful first impression.

Nothing not to like, fantastic hotel in a very convenient location
The hotel is in a fantastic location it is beautiful clean and staff are very helpful especially Anthony on the front door he was full of knowledge and help with local restaurants to try he is a asset to the hotel
The air conditioning was not very effective and the shower head leaked
Room was nice but small. Breakfast was excellent as well the gin palace and staff.
Shower bit small and plug in sink woudnt work otherwise room small but bed very comfy

It was located next to the theater where we had reservations. Decent amneties, typical for a hotel of that standard. Good breakfast buffet.
