Position
Breakfast, I had to go by my cappuccino outside, no milk in both machine and too bus to refill. Unbelievable never saw something like that.
Location, food and comfort.
Rien
Le bruit et le petit déjeuner absolument immonde.
Staff were brilliant and very helpful.
Location
Nothing
Great location in Covent garden! We were able to walk everywhere. King deluxe room was large and very comfortable and we loved the complimentary snacks in the room! Breakfast was also very nice and doormen were always exceptionally helpful and friendly.
a few picky things - we had to call housekeeping multiple times for towels (only 2 bath towels and 2 handtowels provided for a 3 person room), toilet paper and sheets/blankets for pull out bed which was fine but the room could have been stocked better with those items. Also the room phone housekeeping button was stuck so we had to call the front desk and ask them to send housekeeping. The shower was great but water did leak onto floor and since we had no extra towels that was an issue.
Location was great and the staff were very helpful!!!
It was quite noisy!!!
Good location for getting around
There wasn’t a lot of food options close to the hotel. You had to walk several blocks to find non-tourist restaurants.
Great location. End.
Room was terrible. Ridiculously small, caused me a panic attack! Double room and couldn’t walk round the bed. Stuffed into a corner and the air con didn’t work. Shutters cover half the window.
Everything other than location. Room was shockingly small, hot, air con didn’t work, poor light, shutters covering 50% of the window. Claustrophobic atmosphere. One lift not working. Horrendous.
Central location, Lovely Staff, good breakfast, nice setting
Queuing for breakfast
Its location and the breakfast area: very spacious and full of mouth watering pastries
One lift was out of order
Hotel is in great location for theatre access, very comfortable, food lovely, staff very friendly.
Clean, bright, stylish.
Very small and slow elevators, one of three out of action.
Just a stool and no chair in the bedroom and one side of the bed jammed up against the wall.
It was a great location. And all the staff were lovely.
The elevators were often out of order and extraordinarily slow.
