Go there…. Stay there…. Fabulous staff!!!!!
Pros:

Titlesplit.com have used your hotel for the first time for an event. I really don’t know where to begin. A wonderful hotel with the most curries and generous staff. We dealt primarily with the events team and the porter Anthony who was just a beautiful personality ready to help and welcome all who entered. We also saw Richard the porter he was delightful and helped us greatly!!!!!

Now the events team!!!!!!
Prompt!! Beautiful manners!!!! Hard working to the ends of the earth and most accommodating. We try not to be difficult and always make sure we are polite and try to be clean and tidy. They were just perfect. We would love to use you again. Food great. Breakfast great. Cocktail bar great. We love it here. Many many thanks To the very wonderful Ashisekh, Ankur, Ashok Radhika. Just where I have to stay
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect, starting from the door man Antony with his kind smile to the reception agents and the house keepers who are fast and friendly, can't forget to mention the super helpful and honest agent Mohamed who help me a lot at the end of the trip.

Ok but won’t be booking again however good a location.

Ok varied. Awful coffee and tea

Cons:

Booked executive double. Could barely get into bathroom, bed tiny. No desk Would not recommend for the cost. Son had single and bed so short only comfy with feet out end of bed. Again very small space for a room classed as an executive. Spent 20 years owning and running hotels thank goodness we didn’t book a standard room!!

Beautiful with nice staff. So convenient for exploring Covent Garden area.

Cons:

Room size! We had a regular room and it was TINY. Most days we were out all day sightseeing so it didn’t matter. But we had our stuff everywhere and didn’t think it possible to have housekeeping.
