Overall lovely hotel - great location especially for Covent Garden
Classic Room was TINY - think it was previously a “broom cupboard”. Paid a lot of money because Bank Holiday! Double bed against wall! No room to walk round!

Location was excellent for Covent Garden, Neals Yard and the theatres on North Bank. Easy and pleasant walk over the bridge to South Bank for more theatres and restaurants.
Standard double room was cramped with bed up against the wall which meant climbing over one another at times.
Fantastic location, very central. Lovely bar and restaurant, friendly and helpful staff
The bathroom was lovely and clean, the bedroom could do with some updating but was adequate for a solo traveller. The bed was very comfy.
Super lokalizacja, piękne wnętrze, czysty i elegancki.
It's such a lovely hotel, a great location value for money and you can store your luggage while out and about in London. Very helpful staff.
This is a nice, safe, centrally located London hotel. It has restaurants bars and three lifts. Self-service ice machine and vending on Floor 1. The staff is excellent. Rooms clean and beds comfortable.

Great location. Check in was straight forward. Room was perfect. Reception staff were so helpful.
Bar staff were rude!
Location
Standard room very small
We booked a Queen room for a second night direct with hotel and it cost less than the standard room with Booking.com
Absolutely lovely hotel! The staff were efficient attentive and very polite! The hotel itself was beautiful and it the perfect location! Breakfast was lovely and even though it was busy we were seated quickly and not made to feel like we had to rush eating. I will definately be coming back if I want to come to covent gardens again!
Honestly nothing the only thing I would comment on is the small bathrooms particularly the shower as my sister is taller then me and kept catching her nails on the ceiling whilst washing her hair and shes only 5'8. But other then that wonderful stay all round!
Location spot on !
Breakfast was quick and easy
Accessible room perfect
Noise from main rd however expected as in busy area
