El trato del empleado del front desk al hacer el check in muy atento y profesional y posteriormente las veces que tuve contacto con el muy amable

Cons:

Llame varias veces a front desk y nunca contestaron. Pedí una toalla extra para secar a una señora que limpia cuartos y dijo que iba a llegar a limpiar el cuarto y me dijo que cuando llegara a limpiar y nunca llego. En el bufete del desayuno las carnes de los guisados estaban duras, había moscas volando sobre los alimentos y en las mesas. También hice una reserva con booking con desayuno incluido y en el hotel nos dijeron que no estaba incluido. El aire acondicionado solo se encendía uno segundos cada x tiempo y no era suficiente lo fresco del cuarto.
