Real Inn Tijuana es un buen hotel.
Pros:

No desayuné, la ubicación me pareció un tanto lejana para nuestro lugar de destino que era el Cas para recoger la visa laser por lo que necesitamos tomar un taxi.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien para cumplir nuestro objetivo de permanecer solo un día.

El personal muy atentos , los cuarto bonitos, un buffet muy rico y variado

Les faltó limpieza, los pisos del baños hay que remplazar algunos , las junturas entre piso y piso muy sucias y el silicon al rededor de la taza muy sucias , los espejos y cristales, los vidrios de las ventanas sucios

It’s OK, but there’s better. Absolutely don’t park there.
Cons:

I stayed in the executive rooms, which was their top tier. For the price, you could stay at Pueblo Amigo or Quest for less money and have nicer facilities, customer service etc. Their parking garage charged me 500 pesos, even though it was supposed to be free. Initially, they were going to make arrangements to reimburse me, and employee, David Ventura, even gave me his WhatsApp number to help resolve the issue, but he eventually ghosted me. I can assure you that would not happen at Pueblo Amigo or Quest.

Se encuentra en muy buena ubicación y el personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Nos quedamos en el primer piso y las paredes no bloquean el ruido de otros cuartos ni del pasillo. Se escucha todo.
Las almohadas estaban duras.
