COMENTARIOS PARA MEJORAR LA ESTANCIA...
Pros:

La ubicación y atención de todo el personal, salvo el Sr. que se encuentra regularmente por los sillones de la recepción (bastante grosero)

Lamentablemente no tengo su nombre

Cons:

1.- La falta de aire acondicionado en la zona del bar y de la recepción de verdad muchísimo calor

Me comentaron en recepción varias veces que el aire si estaba funcionando pero el calor es demasiado.

2.- Estacionamiento, con mucha tierra y valdría la pena techarlo.

3.- Validación del boleto de estacionamiento, me tuve que formar varias veces en la fila de recepción para validar la cortesía del parking entre 8 y 10 minutos

Pros:

I loved the location it is close to downtown and the border crossing. The staff was friendly. Free parking you just have to get it validated by the hotel.

Cons:

The ac was not cooling good but it was ok it did the job, just wish it would cool faster. I have stayed in good hotels like this with a lower price of about $30 lower.
