Pros:

There have been a lot of improvements at this particular place. Staff are more friendly and professional in appearance and dress. It's cleaner than it had been. The pool was usable. The sheets felt soft and the towels were soft and smelled great! Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. They even had oat milk as an alternative so dietary needs for special diets can be accommodated here.

Cons:

Our room had several stink bugs and the tub was badly stained. The shower curtain does not do a great job of keeping floor dry.

Location was perfect for heading south to Gatlinburg on hwy 23
