Pros:

Room was very clean
I liked that the breakfast had some hot options. Coffee was good.
Hallways were nice and quiet in evening and over night.

Cons:

The driveway to the location was very dificult to see in the dark when I arrived. I passed it 3 times seeing the hotel but not where to turn into it.
The alarm clock in the room did not work.

The facility was nice and clean, the breakfast bar was restocked in a timely manner.

Cons:

The parking lot when we went was covered in ice and very dangerous to maneuver. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Good Value. The night staff manager JoAnna Gregory, was extremely positive and professional, a breath of fresh air when we arrived late (around 10:00 pm) and tired. She proved very helpful after we entered our room, and could not power on the TV, even with multiple attempts and troubleshooting the cause. When we went back to the front desk to ask for assistance, JoAnna immediately moved us to the open next door room. The TV there worked AOK, first click. Her empathy for our aggravation was off the charts... an important Talent Theme for a true leader. THANK YOU JOANNA * * * * Additionally the breakfast area and quality of food was way beyond average for this price range of hotel. Nice!!!

The stay over all was good.
Pros:

Location we always stay here at this place

Cons:

The conditioner bottle in shower completely empty didn’t know til I was taking a shower.
At breakfast the sandwiches could have been taken out of wrappers.
