Comfortable and lovely staff.
Pros:

Comfortable beds, lovely staff, nice breakfast

Cons:

Although the suite had a fridge and microwave there was no provisions at all for cooking. Even just some cutlery.
The room had an odd smell about it, not noticeable after a while but certainly strong when walking in

Cons:

Dead roach in bathroom.. live roaches crawling on kids feet. The door to get into the section of hotel where room was located was not locked and the key card was useless for it. Pictures do NOT match the room

Close to NRG

Cons:

We show at the Livestock show which often means more than one vehicle. This year the owner wanted an additional $40 cash for each additional vehicle. The property could use some maintenance all the way around. The door to our building didn’t lock and there was trash around the outside.

Will stay here again for next NRG event
Pros:

Easy access to NRG. Parking lot spaces weren’t being rented out to random people like other hotels in the area do. I was traveling with a dog and there was plenty of areas to walk her outside and it felt safe

Restroom exhaust vent didn't work. To many fungus gnats. Pool not clean and the pumps are not working.

Suitable for what we needed
Pros:

The location is great for events at NRG. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The exterior door that gets you into the building we were in did not lock like it should. It’s a very rundown hotel and there’s no elevator which we didn’t realise so anyone with accessibility issues would need to be on the ground floor.

la ubicacion excelente, atencion del personal en la recepccion muy buena, siempre disponibles para dar soluciones, las señoras del restaurante muy amables, fuimos caminando siempre al rodeo, estadio NRG.

Cons:

Hay que tener variedad en el desayuno, y que sea mas saludable, todos los dias es lo mismo, hay que mejorar esto.

It was very welcoming and met my expectations on a place to stay that was close to the stadium.
Pros:

The location is great since its within walking distance to NRG Stadium/Center. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and welcoming. The room was good for the few nights we stayed. I would stay here again if I needed to.

Cons:

We were on the 2nd floor and couldn't open our balcony door due to it being stuck.
