It was just ok to lay your head.

Cons:

The tv and the telephone didn’t work. Called the front desk and reported it but no one ever came to fix it. The sink dripping and almost over flowed but they did send maintenance and switched our room.

It was a nice stay for the price

Cons:

Our bathroom fan in room 202 was so loud we could hardly use it and the carpets were pretty stained and cigarette hole in sheets on top

I was very happy with hotel i was very sick what I thought was cough from smoke from the ship it turned brown cosma

The room was great with two room in one bedroom and family room

It not have a pick up and ride to the property so it cost a text ride to ship to hotel $ 200.00

held parcels for me until i arrived

Cons:

did not answer emails until head office got hold of them.
booked an early morning call to make sure i was up for my onward flight, and checked again that it was booked. NO CALL

I didn’t like anything about the PROPERTY!!! It was DISGUSTING…THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE TORN DOWN…There was a big coach roach layin dead waitin for us in the room..THE BUILDING IS SOOO rundown and old my god..THEN ONCE u get there they make u pay $100 deposit..My sister had sewege problems which they wldnt fix until the next day,the room dont even have a closet,,no CLOSET like really..The breakfast was ok except u can tell she was def puttin things in the microwave to cook em…THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND IF GOD SAY THE SAME I WLD NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Would definitely stay again! Good breakfast and nice staff
Pros:

The property is in a great location; super close to the NRG Stadium about a 10min walk. Staff was very nice and friendly. It’s right off the highway. Pool was decent, kids had fun in it. Breakfast was good! Beds were comfy

A/c took a while to cool the room during the day, felt abit warm

The stay was very convenient, the staff was nice but the rooms could have been a little nicer.
Pros:

It was very close to the stadium and good pricing. The breakfast was very filling and the front desk was very respectful when we first arrived.

Cons:

A few things was we found a live roach in our room on the last night of our stay and one of the comforter sheets had a big burnt hole as if someone before our stay was smoking in the sheets. Also that same sheet had ripped corner at the end showing a lot of stuffing.
