Wonderful experience at Holiday inn. Front desk staff Shruti is very professional and very courteous.

The stay was really nice and specially the front desk staff named Shruti was an amazing person and a great help throughout the stay

I stayed at holiday inn Birmingham airport for 1 week with the possibility of staying longer , I had a lovely stay at the hotel all the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Andre, Manisha, Twinkle, Sujan, Raj, Nichel, Abdoul and Dinesh and Darsh who went above and beyond, the food was amazing, from breakfast to evening meal really nice place , thank you holiday inn 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Absolutely fantastic staff. Nothing too much trouble. Wonderful food and service.fabulous pool too. Many thanks to padma noschal fabulous service and making my little girl so happy 😊 definitely will be visiting again.

Overall it was a good experience. Especially the staff they were so patient with questions with the food and specisl shout to padma from kitchen staff

Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff, excellent service. Thanks Karina, Padma , Melisa, Shruti, and Ranjit. Really appreciated when flight was cancelled and Air India refused to help but you all went out of your way to get updates when we couldn’t and kept us informed. Above and beyond.

pathetic rooms and beds and there is not not enough options in breakfast only eggs , fruits, breads and milk museli.
however Ms padma was really sweet and kind to us .

It was a wonderful experience because of the warmth full service by padma and Rupesh. They made it comfortable and helped us to choose food as per our taste and requirement.

But 10/10 for the staff Ms.Padma for excellent hospitality at the buffet for breakfast. She was warm, pleasant and considerate. Made us feel comfortable like home.

Rooms were very cold and didn't get warm even after increasing the temperature upto 29 Degrees. Reception didn't pick up the call even after repeated calls.Had to sleep in the same freezing cold room. Got the room heater finally in the morning. So not a good experience.

Breakfast was good. Especially, the omlette prepared by Abi was nice and Ms Padma was amazing. She was very pleasant, courteous and served everything with a smille.

Really like the service specially at the restaurant with very polite staff with great hospitality special thanks to ms padma and abhi for the wonderful brunch at the restaurant
