Great stay all round!
Pros:

When in Birmingham visiting family, my son and I always stay here.
My room, facilities, location are great!
The staff on reception were very understanding towards my son who has complex needs. We were given V.I.K. drinks.
Thank you holiday Inn.

Cons:

The steam room may needed fixing at the time- other than that nothing.

This hotel goes above & beyond!
Pros:

I liked the fact that the staff went above and beyond in the bar/restaurant. We had a lovely meal of which my crispy duck salad was fantastic!
Also the receptionist on our leaving day allowed us to park and we had a free coffee each as we were in Birmingham to collect a puppy and the owner was late and needed an hour to get home.
Breakfast was great. Plenty of choice and value for money.
Our room was indeed accessible! Ive never been in a bathroom so big. There was plenty of room to navigate my mobility stroller too. Beds were comfy and slept really well.
We loved the fact that there was a free doggy treats stand and free kiddies sweets, what a lovely gesture for dog owners and familes alike.
Thank you all for a fantastic stay!!!⁰

Great hotel in a perfect location, just off Junction 7.
Pros:

We had a room upgraded due to too many standard double being booked out. Really nice room.
Electric vehicle charging points,

Cons:

Pool was out of action. That was a pain because that was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel.

It was advertised for 24 hour food so upon arriving back from a concert we tried to order a small snack. We were advised that this was in fact not available. We ordered a take away in the end.
