Kids' free stay/meals, free use of swimming pool & sauna
Cleaners did a good job. Parking was ample. Location was great for what we needed
Staff were rude. Was given a twin and not a double as indicared on here. Rooms are so run down its un true!
We left our jackets behind and promptly contacted the hotel who located them. However the hotel then proceeded to lose/allow someone to steal the jackets. Our subsequent attempts to resolve the issue has resulted in the hotel continue to treat us very poorly...with the general manager of the hotel refusing to even pick up the phone to discuss the issue.
Also the hotel room had the heating on full...and the radiator was broken. The maintenance person came round but couldn't fix (even though he said he thought he had).
Do no stay here!
Great location just off motorway & close to Birmingham. Staff very friendly from reception to catering staff. Free Breakfast for kids with Adult Breakfast purchased.
My stay was really pleasant, and I got a warm welcome when I checked in.
Their international staff were always friendly and helpful.
Whenever I needed anything, they were more than happy to help.
Eapecially a woman working at the reception desk (Narinder Kaur, if I'm correct) who helped me a lot, always with a big smile.
My room was spacious and immaculate.
There was a big desk that I always need when travelling.
Toilet was spotless thanks to their hygiene team, including a Polish woman who was always there in the morning and she did an outstanding job.
Food was fresh and tasty.
Dshes/cutlery always shining and tables were cleaned right away when somebody finish eating.
I can honestly say that the hotel staff did an excellent job of ensuring everything was ready for the next hungry guest.
In summary, no issues, highly recommended.
