Hotel quality not meeting expectations
Pros:

The breakfast was good, with a decent selection of difference food in good quality. Water bottle at the reception was complimentary and was well received by me. the check in and check out process went smoothly.

Cons:

The room was small as expected but the bathroom was simply to small - or the layout of the bathroom wasn't satisfactory. I'm a normal size person and i struggled just entering the shower.
I woke up one night due to extreme smell of someone smoking cigarettes. It checked outside my window, but no one was smoking and it was a closed backyard where people could not stay for smoking. I checked the hallway and no one was smoking either - i expect that someone was smoking in their room. There was no way to contact the reception from the room and my only option was to get dressed and go to the reception, but i preferred to try and sleep instead since the smell would not disappear in any case if the hotel would look into it. I of course reported it the next morning and they were not able to help with it at that belated point in time, which i understood, but still annoying with the cigarette smell in a non-smoking hotel. the second night there was no issues with new cigarette smell but the smell from the night before was still hanging in the air meaning the personnel have not done anything to clear out the air in the hallways.

Достойный отель для знакомства с красивым городом
Pros:

Достойный отель в удобном месте Дюссельдорфа, рядом рестораны, магазины, в пешей доступности театр. В номере есть все необходимое - чайник, сейф, холодильник. Очень дружелюбный персонал, особенно понравилось, что нам предоставили очень большой номер, запомнилась приветливая русскоговорящая девушка, работающая в ресторане на завтраке. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный. Отель рекомендуем.

Cons:

Высокая цена, но это характерно для всех отелей в этом районе.
