Great little city stay in Düsseldorf

Pros:

The hotel has a very good location and it was easy to reach, which we really appreciated. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming. It was also a nice touch to have water, tea and coffee. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of water in the room.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the room and overall cleanliness. The double bed was pushed against the wall on one side, which made it uncomfortable for two people — one person had to sleep against the wall and there was no bedside table or space to place a phone. The room felt quite small and poorly arranged.
The carpet was visibly dirty and one of the curtains was broken. Basic amenities were missing: no slippers, no shower cap, no hair conditioner — only one all-in-one gel was provided. There was also no kettle or tea in the room; everything had to be requested at reception.
For a four-star hotel, I expected a better standard and more attention to detail.

Pros:

Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid. Super lekker. Op loopafstand van de stad. Ook nog gebruik kunnen maken van de sauna.

Cons:

Huisdieren denk ik toegestaan op de kamer. Lagen her en der nog haren. Niet fris.

Pros:

Sehr freundliche Bedienung in der Bar.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die "Jahre" gekommen, Sauna uralt und nicht sehr warm, Fehrseher im Fitnesbereich ohne Fernbedienung, Kaffe wurde auf dem Zimmer nicht aufgefüllt... Teppich im Zimmer alt.
