Pros:

Excellent staff, from the reception to the cleaners. All friendly and informative. The hotel is perfectly situated to enjoy Brussels and with parking. I recommend a stay.

Possibilité de laisser la voiture la dernière journée et de la charger (électrique)

Cons:

Le serveur qui a servi un cocktail (qui n'était pas bon selon mon épouse et lui a répondu sèchement "j'ai suivi la composition", oui ok mais mon épouse a regretté de ne pas avoir eu une autre proposition pour un cocktail qu'elle n'a pas touché.

I would stay again!
Pros:

The hotel was great, amazing amenities, really excellent location. So clean and staff were extremely accommodating!

Cons:

The only think I wish I could change is the sofa bed in the family room. The normal beds are very comfortable but the pull out bed is just not the same.
