Excellent hôtel (facilities, food) and staff. Would recommend whole heatedly.
Pros:

Room with balcony and even sauna. Upgrade much appreciated. Breakfast buffet varied, fresh and top quality.

Posizione ottima. Letto comodo. Camere cosi grandi non se ne trovano piu a questo prezzo.

La camera molto spaziosa. Il letto comodo e molto grande. C’era anche un divano in camera e un tavolo

Perfekt!
Pros:

Wir wurden bei Ankünft hochgestuft und erhielten ein großes Zimmer mit Blick über die Dächer Brüssels. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück von guter Qualität und - lecker! - am Nachmittag gab es Macarons am Empfang :)

Je me suis marié dans cet hôtel,enfin ma nuit de noce donc c'était sympa de revenir avec mon épouse

D'habitude j'utilise ma carte de banque symplement et je ne sais pas pourquoi on m'a fait utiliser ma Visa et donc on m'a prélevé 2 fois le prix de la chambre et j'ai dû appeler votre personnel qui a été très agréable je tiens a le dire pour me répondre et la situation a été débloqués

Всё было чисто и красиво. Завтрак был вкусный 😋 атмосфера приятная. Парковка в хотеле есть платная где-то 27 в день. По стоимости хотель очень дорогой.

Divno mjesto za savršen boravak!
Pros:

Zaista bi se moglo reći da mi se sve svidjelo. Sve je na vrhunskoj razini: četvrt grada, sam hotel, čistoća, predivne udobne sobe, ljubaznost osoblja - od recepcije do svih ostalih, fantastičan doručak. Osmijesi posvuda... Divan osjećaj. Ljubaznost i toplina pružaju osjećaj kao da smo svi bili jedna velika skladna obitelj.

Cons:

The ad says it has a 24/7 reception and no prepayment is needed. I still had to put my credit card details to guarantee the booking and it could be charged at any moment, many hotels will put an amount on hold, totally normal. I asked if it was okay to checkin at 4am and they confirmed it. Late at night they start demanding that I prepay the entire stay with a link that was getting blocked here on booking so they sent it on my email, I was travelling, had to be stopping to read emails and said multiple times they could just charge my card as they had the details, much easier. They kept insisting on the link which sounded shady then actually cancelled my stay at 3:30 in the morning and told booking I was a "no show" while still trying to get money from me on my email and saying my room would still be available if I came, how exactly if they cancelled the reservation??? Most hotels in the city were fully booked so they literally left a woman by herself alone at night with nowhere to go. This was absolutely terrible and this behaviour shouldn't be tolerated on booking, this hotel should be banned for doing this immediately. The worse is I contacted booking for support and never got a reply. Horrible. Will never book anything from this "Thon" chain ever again.
