Guest Reviews
Very stylish, the staff were exceptionally attentive and you cannot fault the amenities
Nothing - it was perfect.
I had booked this hotel for two family members from Switzerland, both elderly ladies. On booking.com it is apparently impossible for me to not appear as one of the guests, despite the "main guest" function. I called the hotel to explain the situation and give them the names of the actual guests, patiently spelling out all the details. And they still got it wrong with my name stuck to one of the rooms! To me this shows a lack of respect that should be beneath such a hotel. I had a look at the rooms myself: they were quite small and nothing to write home about. There were chocolate sweets and macarons in the rooms on a daily basis. The quality was ok (the sweets ended up with me) but nothing to impress my Swiss travelers who would have much preferred some fresh fruit, as is standard in other hotels of that category.
Great location, staff were so helpful.
Beautiful venue and wonderful staff
We arrived at 2pm for a small wedding and had previously requested an early access to the room. We did not get the room until after 3, so had to prepare for the wedding (which was 4 pm) in a bathroom.
Breakfast nice should be included with the room
Nothing really the hotel is good
Center of the city also higher end hotel
The convince of the location also decor and food
Stunning property
When my wife checked in she was told there was No need to reserve The side Car bar and it was booked out when we tried twice during our night.
So charming and comfortable
Breakfast in Lounge not comfortable
excellent staff - friendly and helpful
service was slow in the bar /reception area
Early check-in was no trouble after we arrived very early due to our flight time
Nothing to dislike
Very central, the staff were all very very good and attentive
The room was small, bathroom very small, dust on shelves, we complained on arrival that we thought we should breakfast, they said only if you booked direct, we ask if they could speak to the manager & we heard nothing all stay, very disappointing.
Location & relaxing lounge
Poor night sleep due to very noisy guests arriving in at 3:30am.
I love staying here. Rooms are so comfortable staff are amazing you feel so special 💖
