Wonderful hospitality

Another great stay

Stayed in this Hotel again for a Mothers Day weekend in Cambridge, reception staff member Siri and 1 other staff member I did get her name were excellent with my problem with my executive room, they had to move us to a premium room that I found unusual that it did not have a safe in the room but was advertised to have on the website.
The wife enjoyed the spa and swimming pool as she always does, but alas with no safe in the room I had to sit in the bar area with all the valuables, "well somethings are hard to do".
Dinner in the restaurant in the evening was great, looked after by David, good selection of food on the menu, large portions of food for every course, restaurant was not very busy but filled up as the night went on.
Hotel looked very busy, but for a Hotel in Cambridge with a pool and convieniant bus service to the cit centre it is great value for money, will always be our choice when we go to Cambridge.

Excellent location clean room no noise great atmosphere the spa was excellent special mention for Leoni who served us at the bar very welcoming catered for our menu needs also Sri at reception warm welcome on arrival with clear instructions on the hotel facilities

Great staff, brilliant vibes!
Pros:

Wonderful stay. The social evening is a brilliant event, Both Cathy and Emily are fantastic; brilliant energy and incredible thoughtful, always making sure me and my colleagues were attended too. Will recommend it to my peers and friends!
