Not a lot to like, room was very basic even after paying to upgrade

Cons:

Breakfast was not the best, eggs were like rubber, bacon & sausage so, so and hash brown tasteless, property in need of an upgrade, no robes or slippers in the room even though we had paid for the extra, had to ask 3 times before eventually having them which was next day, chair by dresser was an office chair which when you leaned back went right back which I didn’t expect and hurt my back, will not be going back to this hotel

Nice clean comfortable hotel. But dining room dated and you have to pay to park

If you aren’t a member of IHG you have to pay to park here. Feels a bit much when the rooms are already pricey

Room wasn't value for money
Pros:

The food was amazing very good and piping hot

Cons:

The room for value of money was really poor I paid for a premium room at 214 pounds and the toilet seat wasn't even attached to the toilet
The TV only has 5 channels and with a premium it said a smart TV also mini bar and that just had a bottle of water
To me and my partner it wasn't what was advertised on booking.com it was very standard room for the amount of money charged

Pros:

Clean place. Food was GD and fresh. The staff was handsome and helpful. The spa was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Pillows. It is useless to ask at reception for more comfortable pillows. They hardly had any and when was given they are all the same. There is no elevator. Bathrooms need upgrading and also do some rooms.
