amazing stay - very welcoming by staff and with amazing facilities
Pros:

facilitates were absolutely wonderful the pool steam room sauna - cleanliness was outstanding
even at the reception water was provided with cookies and something for children (pack) which our gran daughter absolutely loved.

Run down hotel. Poor restaurant food

It was convenient. The staff were helpful

Cons:

The restaurant food was terrible. The room was worn and badly redecorated. The TV could only receive a few channels. The heating/aircon didn’t work properly. I opened the curtains to find there was only a tiny high level window. The lighting in the room was poor.

très bon séjour pour se retrouver en famille et visiter Cambridge
Pros:

chambres spacieuses, très calmes, très bon restaurant, excellent petit déjeuner, accès très facile depuis l'autoroute, 10 min du centre ville. personnel agréable et professionnel.

Cons:

l'état général un peu vétuste des chambres et des équipements, notamment les vestiaires et la piscine,
le rajout de frais de services optionnels sur la note des repas et boissons: c'est au client de demander de les enlever, ce n'est pas très correct.

Excellent service and very helpful staff!
Pros:

Very good! I really like this place because if there are any problems, the staff will help me solve them immediately. 有什么问题都会第一时间帮我解决。I highly recommend it to everyone because the service is excellent and the people are very friendly.

Guest Social Hour
Pros:

I must share what a lovely evening a friend and I had at the Guest Social Hour on Wednesday. Not only were we treated to a glass of fizz, we enjoyed a lovely home cooked mini meat pie which was delicious. Cathie Stableford who was hosting the evening on behalf of the HI couldn’t have been nicer. She was so friendly and even took time to take a picture of us both doing ‘cheers’ Such a nice treat on a gloomy January evening!
We saw lots of other guests partaking too which was great to see! Well done HI for caring and sharing!

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The entrance and bar area was very welcoming clean and modern, the staff were very helpful and polite. Has a lovely Starbucks counter and even has a gym, there was also a coffee machine in the room which I was expecting!

Cons:

The rooms are aged and a little uninviting, but it was clean and given the price it did what it needed, but I wouldn't recommend for romantic weekend, it was just a pitstop if you like.

Facilties we're great, general hotel lobby and staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Pool area was small and shared with lane swimmers. The bedroom had cobwebs along the ceiling/curtain area. The bathroom was small for a family room.
