Thank you Ivan for efficiently taking care and satisfying all customer needs.
Pros:

I liked the kind and courteous treatment and environment created by the staff members.

Cons:

I did not like the way the bed was made. The sheets were badly and hastily tucked under the mattress, and it did not look very tidy.
I reported this to Ivan, the front desk executive, and he gently assigned me to another room which happened to be a suite

Needles to say, my staying at the Wyndham Ambassador Monterrey was one of the most pleasant one.

Habitación sucia, control TV sin pila, teléfonos de la habiatacion no funcionan, baño sucio, en Front desk no me resolvieron, tuve que regresar.

only one elevator was working during my accomodation, despite I asked them 4-5 times to adjust the heat of air condition, noone took care, I catched a cold because of that, breakfast is so weak,

Great Customer Service: Front Desk Was Awesome!
Pros:

The hotel has great customer service with the front desk staff. They were always so helpful and attentive to my needs. For example, the thermostat and HVAC system wasn't working correctly in my room so Ivan was awesome about getting a handyman to promptly resolve the issue. The handyman soon arrived and it was quickly fixed. Johana and the other woman at the front desk too were also always kindly assisting me with things.
