"AGRADABLE"
Pros:

Tiene buena ubicación en el Centro de Monterrey, me hubiera gustado que tuviera alberca, El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y no deja dormir.

Cons:

Creo que es necesario que tenga servicio médico para resolver algún problema de emergencia y botiquin medico con medicamentos para atender alergias por ejemplo.

There is disagreement with dishonest staff
Pros:

It was fine

Cons:

We forgot a bag with belongings, we called them but they told us to call next day. We called next day several times but they hang up the phone. I’m very disappointed with dishonesty from staff. Which ruins our entire stay at the hotel.

Nos hospedamos en este hotel por su ubicación y amenidades.
Y al final LA ALBERCA NO SERVÍA Y EL GIMNASIO ESTABA DE MUY MALA CALIDAD.
Lamentable e inadmisible que en época mundialista la alberca no sirva cuando afuera estaban a 40 grados centígrados

Decepcionante hotel de Wyndham

Cons:

El hotel está deteriorado, toda la alfombra huele muy fuerte y mal, olor rancio, olor viejo, olor a pie, olor a humedad! En las habitaciones y en los pasillos. Insoportable es el olor!

Read the reviews online before spending your money.
Pros:

The lobby and restaurant were nice. Everything downstairs was great but the rooms and HVAC system need updating.
Francisco at the front desk was fabulous.

Cons:

The rooms and hallways are mildewy. They need to remove the carpet as there is an issue of humidity probably from the HVAC system. Everything is wet and smells musty. There is no fridge in the 'deluxe' room. Your towels remain wet because of the humidity.

Era un punto muy céntrico, estaba cerca de restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados y se nos facilitaba mucho movilizarnos

Cons:

Cuando llegamos las sábanas estaban sucias y tenían pelos hasta las almohadas, no recogían la basura dentro de la habitación aunque fueran cajas de comida sin nada y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y aunque pedimos que lo revisarán igual no lo arreglaron ni nos cambiaron de habitación

Pros:

Durante varios muchos años en varias ocasiones me quedaba en este hotel por la calidad, trato y servicio, obvio viajaba por razones de negocio, pero esta ultima ocasion no nos fue muy bien porque el cuarto se sentia demasiado humedo, el sistema no enfriaba bien, incluso detectamos un cucaracho por dia y lo comunicamos y ni por equivocacion se acercaron a platicar con nosotros cuando en años atras la atencion y el servicio era algo quendistinguia al hotel, ojala y ko descuiden esos puntos.
