Pros:

Me gusto en la zona que esta.

El staff es amable y resolutivo.

Cons:

Se que es un hotel viejo pero se ve muy descuidado

Mi primer cuarto estaba muy sucio. Me lo cambiaron sin problema y ya el segundo cuarto estuvo bien, aunque no había teléfono en mi habitación.

El hotel muy agradable en general, solo sugiero mejorar la conectividad y el mantenimiento del aire

Me gustó la ubicación, la habitación con el escritorio, la cama, el baño. Las áreas comunes en generales me parecieron muy lindas y agradables

Es una lastima que un hotel tan emblemático de Monterrey, hoy lusca deteriorado y viejo.
La televisión un verdadero problema, los muebles viejos y despostillados, el baño fugando en el lavabo, las alfombras, viejas malolientes y sucias.
Reserve, no tanto por el precio sino porque crei que el hotel era símbolo de una ciudad tan pujante como Monterrey.

No me volveré a hospedar, gracias.
