Lovely Hotel.
Pros:

Very warm welcome. Lovely room and very central. We went to watch the Premier League Darts at the First Direct Arena. It was very convenient and the staff seemed genuinely interested in our reason for staying at the hotel.

Cons:

The hand and body lotion in the room was quite strange, it was supposed to be the same as in the loos but it definitely wasn’t as it had no smell.

Beautiful hotel, good location, comfort room a little too small
Pros:

Lovely decor, great location, good breakfast

Cons:

The bathroom was cramped, shower screen too short and so water went all over the floor and kept banging my elbows (I’m very petite so this is some going!)
