Perfect location exceptionally clean, great price
The bar prices were very expensive so we didn’t use it sadly

Great central location, loved the decor and feel of the hotel lobby, room, bar and restaurant. Room was comfortable with a good view. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Nothing really struck me as negative during out short stay.
I left my jacket in the room. When I checked out, they couldn’t find it.
Very warm welcome. Lovely room and very central. We went to watch the Premier League Darts at the First Direct Arena. It was very convenient and the staff seemed genuinely interested in our reason for staying at the hotel.
The hand and body lotion in the room was quite strange, it was supposed to be the same as in the loos but it definitely wasn’t as it had no smell.
