Nice Hotel
Pros:

Fabulous location and quality hotel.

Cons:

I don’t like the app check in and room entry
It will put people out of employment and it’s absolutely soulless
No glasses in room and only 2 tea bags

Location great just very average
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Very average for price. Staff didn’t explain how to call reception as no telephones in the room - ridiculous. Took until the next day for someone to sort the heating and the towel heater never worked. No flannels. It’s just a basic hotel . Looked at breakfast - very unappealing for what they charged .

Pros:

Very comfortable stylish hotel in great location. Breakfast very good. Restaurant very good. Properly dog friendly. Overall very happy.

Cons:

Everything was fine but things cleared from tables too enthusiastically. Would have liked a late check out but £20 per hour which seemed excessive

Pros:

The staff were super helpful, especially as I had booked the wrong night! They provided me with the last room for an extra fee but I was just glad to be staying at the same hotel as my colleagues and I love the location of the Queens. Always really clean rooms which is important to me.

Lovely
Pros:

Its proximity to the station and city. It has a nice vibe and has character.

Cons:

I’ve stayed at the Queen’s Hotel five times before. This time, I wondered why the breakfast area was moved so that the hot food was away from the seating area requiring to walk up and down stairs.
