Nothing was one the worst stays I had. Room was messy not clean. Put us on top floor when asked not to. Was too loud on night

Pros:

Everything was lovely apart from the random alarm
Pros:

We like the location and the kings square view. The cleanliness of the hotel, the comfortable bed and to be able to control the temperature of the room.

Cons:

There was an alarm that went off pretty early and woke us as we were enjoying a much needed lay in.
