Cons:

Hissit remontissa, vain toinen käytössä ja sekin aamupalaruuhkan aikana henkilökunnan käytössä. Huoneessa ollut kolmas vuode (tuolista avattava) oli todella epämukavan kova nukkua; ohut patja jopa lapselle.

Pros:

Aamiainen oli maistuva ja monipuolinen. Puuro varsinkin vei kielen mennessään :)
Huone 6. kerroksessa, kadun puolella, oli meille mieleen. Ikkunasta näkyi katuvilinää, mutta ääni ei kantautunut ylös asti.
Hyvät unet saimme.

Bardzo dobrze spędzony czas w hotelu i Helsinkach.
Pros:

Bardzo profesjonalny personel, dobre śniadanie, wygodne łóżko, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja.

Cons:

Łazienka mogłaby zostać wyremontowana, ponieważ ta w hotelu to standardy lat 90tych.

Excellent location and service - Nice stay with the family
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location if you want to stay close to the city center. There's a metro and tram station right next door. The reception staff were very friendly, clear, and helpful; they assisted with everything we needed. I stayed with my wife and newborn baby in a room with an interior view. It was dark, but very quiet, perfect for my baby to sleep. The only drawback is the bathroom, the shower has glass divider that does not go all the way to the floor, causing the entire bathroom floor to get wet when you shower. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Aamiainen oli todella runsas ja riittoisa. Sijainti meille sopiva ja kaikki kävelymatkan päässä. Paitsi että nyt on jalat kipeät paljosta kävelemisestä.

Pros:

Beds were comfortable and the location was great.
The breakfast buffet had a good selection

Cons:

Not that clean, I found some toe nail clippings on the floor and the room looked dated.
The bathroom design was awkward with the shower door blocking the wash basin.
The wall with the small TV on it, looks bad and really needs painting.
I did expect a bit more after visiting other Scandic hotels around Finland
