The staff is incredible! Always happy and cheerful to guests and customers. Renato, Claudia, Reina, Minor, Kurt, Glen are wonderful. All make your stay fantastic. Home away from home as I stay here all the time for work. Good food and service in the restaurant with Renato, Claudia, Reina and Glen. Minor is just a delight to talk with helping out with bags. And Kurt out front is the best. If you are busy, tired or just spent, these folks will brighten your day. Put a smile on your face. And sleep the best. Take it from an Ambassador, Titanium for life and stay at hotels all over the world, this is one of the best staffs around. Period.

Overall a good stay. The hotel is clean and updated, and the setting on the golf course is peaceful and works especially well for families. The pool is nice, our room had a couch, the AC worked very well, and the bed was on the firmer side, which I liked. The shower and bathroom also seemed recently updated.

That said, the hotel feels very generic for an Autograph Collection property. The room could easily be in almost any Marriott brand and did not have much character.

My biggest disappointment was the room assignment. As a Marriott Platinum member, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast benefit, but I was surprised that our room looked directly at the parking lot. The staff was very nice, but I would have expected a more thoughtful room assignment or upgrade for a Platinum member.

Also, be prepared for resort level pricing. Parking is $50, a beer is around $12, and a glass of wine can be $20.

Overall, it is a clean, comfortable and peaceful hotel, but between the lack of a meaningful Platinum upgrade, generic rooms and high prices, it falls a little short of what I expect from the Autograph Collection.

We had such a nice and relaxing stay. The kids loved the pool, and we loved relaxing by the pool and having lunch poolside. The rooms were very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Rooms and bathroom are tired. Need a renovation. Carpet in halls buckling and has an odor. Parking is difficult and the card reader doesn't always work, causing delay. Shower has low pressure, not good. We had a view of the a parking lot and golf course (9 hole par 3). We played the course and it was in terrible shape. Tee boxes with no grass, water that smelled, uneven greens, etc. $40 fee to play plus club rental was a joke. Overall, on older, aging hotel that needs a re-boot.

Basic hotel , rooms are fine, mattresses are not worn out.. it’s clean.

But .. beware , a martini at the bar starts at 29$.. it’s more than expensive, ( st least for me) insulting.

Natalie at the front desk was absolutely amazing! ❤️ My grandparents and I came into town to watch my niece graduate, and she went above and beyond to make a stressful situation so much easier. She was incredibly kind and patient while helping my sick grandmother and assisting my grandfather after he misplaced his room key. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel truly welcome.
The location was perfect, the pool was awesome, and the walkability was unbelievable. Everything we needed was close by, which made the trip so much easier for my grandparents. They truly enjoyed their stay, and I can't thank the staff enough for creating such a safe, comfortable, and welcoming space for our family during this special occasion. People like Natalie are the reason guests leave with wonderful memories. Thank you so much!
