Pros:

The hotel lay out was so lovely and promoted a welcoming comfortable environment while still emphasizing luxury. The manager of the bar/restaurant was so kind, lovely, and accommodating to us. The golf and pickle ball were accessible and user friendly.

Cons:

Bigger pool.

Pros:

Overall, the hotel was decent, but I can only give it 3 stars due to a serious issue. After checking out, I realized that three of my T-shirts had been stolen from my room. I immediately contacted the hotel, but unfortunately, they were not recovered. This was surprising, as the items were nothing extraordinary, and I paid nearly $500 for one night. I travel extensively worldwide, and this is the first time something has been stolen from me in a hotel. I truly hope this was an isolated incident and not a systemic problem.
On a positive note, the breakfast was very good—although quite expensive—and the breakfast crew was professional and extremely helpful, which I appreciated.

Great experience, great staff
Pros:

We have stayed at the Westdrift many times. It is always a great experience. Beautifully decorated for Christmas this time. The staff are always so welcoming and cannot do enough for you. Claudia and her breakfast team are wonderful. It's home away from home. Jasmine on the bar remembers us everytime and always has time for us. The facilities are very good and varied. Overall an enjoyable visit.

The Heart of the Hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay, but the true standout was our waitress, Reina. who has been at the hotel since 1996. She has a gift for hospitality you simply can’t teach. From the moment she greeted our family at breakfast, she made us feel like longtime friends—not guests she had just met. Later, when she recognized us around the property and lit up with the same warmth, our whole family lit up with her. She brought a generosity of spirit and genuine care that set the tone for our entire stay. She is the heart of this place.

Sauberes Hotel mit Golfplatz, freundlichem Personal und sehr gutem Essen!
Pros:

Die Lage mit dem Golfplatz und der Nähe zum Flughafen sowie das sehr feine Essen.
Frühstück mit frischen Früchten, leckere Salate und ausgezeichnete Gerichte abends.
Ich kann dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Die Kissen waren zu dick und nich weich genug.

Like a Resort
Pros:

Running an offsite for my team.
Here a couple of hours settling in
Katrina helped me setup and was super cool
I met Beto who said hello and was hustling to help other meetings but gave me th time
Then Estela Estrada was very kind to me while she was hosting another group.
Oh and Check was fun with PJ!
This was all on Day 1
