Pros:

Arrived on delayed flight, tired, in early hours of morning.
Timely shuttle transfer to hotel . Efficient , quick and friendly check-in.
Clean crisp comfortable bed. No noise disturbance.
Great breakfast choice. Staff friendly and efficient , clearing away crockery and cleaning.
Location So convenient, a day time 5 minute walk to airport T2 entrance and rail station.

Very happy with our stay at the Crown Plaza
Pros:

Good service, nice restaurant and bar. Room was clean and nice.

Cons:

Lighting in the bathroom was bad. I would have liked two seperate duvets in stead of a big one. The room was missing towels, only towels for one person but we were three. Every toilet should have a toilet brush, even hotel toilets. But all minor problems.

Great location. If water issue is fixed will be even better stay.
Pros:

Location, breakfast, friendly staff

Cons:

Water pressure low and temperature not hot enough. At one stage, bath took a very long time to fill and was only like warm.

Pros:

shower was a little lackluster
had to keep queuing to get information for wifi as room and name did not work. Overly complicated to be honest
Asian restaurant good if expensive
staff pleasant but had difficulty understanding me
airport walking distance from hotel which is a plus point

Cons:

shower was like a drizzle - I need something to wake me up if I am getting up at 04h30 to catch a flight
noisy guests in the corridor late at night

Comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Staff were lovely. Facilities were everything we needed for an overnight stay. Very convenient for the airport.

Cons:

Nothing - if we wanted to be “nit-picky”, the beds were rather messily made, but we sorted that out and slept comfortably!
