Pros:

Staff are pleasant. Extra waters provided.

Cons:

Staff was nice. However, the room vents were filthy. Tub was not cleaned as I was expecting it to be. The property did discounts the room cost to accommodate me but I would rather have had a clean room to start with.

Great hotel to stay at Manchester Airport.
Pros:

Great location right in the airport almost, can walk to the terminal. Room was large and recently renovated, comfortable bed. The employees were exceptionally nice and helpful. Highly recommend if you are flying from Manchester Airport.

Everything was fine.

Great hotel
Pros:

Another lovely stay over. Couldn’t fault it. Staff everywhere were really polite and helpful. Fantastic meal at Sampan restaurant and good breakfast.

Pros:

The breakfast was delicious. I liked being able to serve myself.
I loved having a bath......such a treat.

Cons:

I struggle getting from the airport.
Someone pointed out the poster with a number to ring
....you may have informed me but that was the only deficit
