Good Hotel & great for the airport
Pros:

Close to airport & station.
Good value for money - friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Being woken up at 5:30am by a car alarm going off - but it wasn’t addressed & kept going off for about an hour !!

I would stay there again
Pros:

My bedroom had a bath which is fantastic as I am disabled and can’t stand in a shower

Cons:

The bedroom was far too hot even with the thermostat turned to 17 degrees. Also the thick quilt on the bed made me far too hot to sleep

Great location, comfortable and lovely staff.
Pros:

We had a one night stay before flying out on holiday, it was convenient for the airport. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was clean with good facilities.

Large room, comfortable bed and 24hr room service for food, near to airport train station
Pros:

We had a lovely large room on the ground floor. The bed was very comfortable and room service could be had over 24hrs. We arrived late at night which wasn't a problem for the hotel. 7 mins walk took us to the airport train station. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Pros:

Room was on floor 3. quiet and comfortable. I have stayed in a few airport hotels, and this was the best in the UK so far.

Pros:

Staff where nice and it was clean and comfortable

Cons:

I could not use cash and had to travel 1he and 30mins with two children on the tram to feed them as we only had cash that we saved and changed to pounds from Euro for our trip. We also could not check in until 2pm so they where starving after the early flight. I thought it was illegal not to accept cash.
