Very comfortable airport hotel.
Pros:

For an airport hotel, this is a Proper hotel, with very helpful reception staff, easy check-in, ability to confirm check-in time online before arrival, and it was busy but clean & efficient. Well worth it for the price we paid on Booking.com and exceeded my expectations.

We booked a very spacious family room with 2 double beds & ensuite. The room was impeccable and spotless, with all facilities available - more than we needed for our one night stopover at the airport before our onward journey next morning. The beds were extremely comfortable. Tea & coffee were available in the room along with complimentary bottles of water, and there were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom.

There was a bar & several restaurants on site, with room service also available.

A shuttle bus was outside waiting at the exit of T2 for £3.95 per person, and I would recommend this as it would be quite a walk otherwise with luggage (the maps are a little misleading as the airport complex is on a very large site). We also took this back to the terminal next morning and the reception could order if not already on the way.

I would definitely consider staying here again when travelling via Manchester airport

Cons:

We ate in the grill restaurant, and although the food was grand we felt it was not great value for money: £101 for 4 mains, 3 soft drinks & a beer. This did affect our overall opinion of the hotel.

I'd recommend this hotel for a quiet and relaxing stay with excellent facilities, food and staff
Pros:

Everything from start to finish. I had missed a connecting flight so was quite stressed; however, staff at reception, in particular Gibril, was super-helpful, quick and efficient in booking me in. I loved my room, the bar staff were lovely and breakfast was really amazing.
