Very good upgrade
Pros:

Got an option to bid £27 for an upgraded room and Club Lounge access and breakfast , the upgrade was available on check in , really good value for money .
I would probably pay £50 for the proper upgrade if I stay here again .

Cons:

The fire alarm suddenly sounded one tone at 3am , I actually jumped in bed , it was quite a shock , from then I couldn't get back to sleep.

Breakfast was great and breakfast staff so friendly and helpful

Cons:

Late night staff (checked in about 22:30) a bit vague with info. No details given about where or when breakfast was. The sofa bed was broken and felt I was about to roll out of it. Told restaurant was open to provide food but only via room service then got charged £5.50 for the privilege of having it delivered, could have easily collected myself.
