Modern and very clean hotel with convenient location to airport.
Pros:

The hotel was very nice and close to airport train station. It was a very clean and ample room. The bar in lobby was very nice and breakfast is definitely worth the cost. If I travel to Manchester and need to stay close to airport, defintely on my list.

Cons:

Not much I did not like, but if I have to say something, it is a very big hotel so room was quite a ways away from entrance. The only other point I will make is that hotel was very responsive on Booking.Com when I first booked trip but did not get any responses when I asked questions on day of check-in.

The location was close to the airport. The breakfast was very good. Nice and friendly staff

Cons:

I didn't like that the shuttle bus to the airport wasn't free. To take it me and my son is almost the same value for a taxi, so we took a taxi to the airport

Good stay and great location
Cons:

Room was a bit dirty, as well as the bathroom. Not too bad, just dirty in the crevices and what not. My nightstand was not wiped off because I could see where someone had left their drink, so pretty clean but definitely not spotless.

Location, staff, food excellent
Pros:

Always stay here when I fly from Manchester and have done for years. It’s convenient for the airport. The staff are great. The food in the Thai restaurant is excellent.

Pros:

Night porter Kamal excellent when we checked in. Took great care of us. Helping with suitcases.

Cons:

Accessible room..however was a bath which needed climbing into so companion not able to shower or bathe as unable to get in
