快適に過ごせました！
Pros:

ちょうど雪が降った週末に利用したのですが、駅から近く、地下鉄に乗るにもバスに乗るにもとても便利で安心でした。スタッフの皆さんの対応もとても良かったです。

Cons:

朝食に行った時間(9時頃)が良くなかったのだと思いますが、お料理がななくなっていたり、少ししか残っていなかった物もあり、ちょっと残念でした。次回はもう少し早く伺うようにしたいと思いました。メニューは和食、洋食ともバラエティーに富み、美味しかったです。

Pros:

Great location right next to Kyoto train station. The staff were fantastic - always friendly and polite, and always more than willing to help when you had a question or needed help. Rooms were comfortable and immaculately maintained.

Nice, will consider it next time come to Kyoto.
Pros:

Very convenient location, close to train, bus, drugstore, 7/11, Lawsons. 3 mins to Kyoto Station, 10 mins to Yodobashi. Hotel facilities are maintained in good condition. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Take more than 15 mins walk to nice restaurants. Options in breakfast is less.

More than excellent.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. The hotel room was elegant, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. The attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness truly stood out. Great hotel and location
Pros:

Location was great, warm and quiet. 5min walk from the station. Note the travel is under ground don’t get confused with google maps as they do not indicate you are underground. Once you exited the underground travel, then 20sec to the hotel door.

Cons:

The only item that let down the hotel was the laundromat, had issue with payment QRcode device and the dryer was not efficient even after adding additional 1hr, clothes where still wet.. however everything was great. Highly recommend.
