Pros:

Tutto. La pulizia, l’ordine, la gentilezza dello staff, la posizione.

Cons:

Nulla. Forse migliorerei, per quanto concerne la colazione, la parte “dolce”. Sono più forti sul salato.

Muy agradable y recomendable, para volver.
Pros:

La habitación es confortable, silenciosa, elegante, está bien decorada y muy limpia; el baño, igual. Todo está nuevo. Hay detalles, como la tetera tradicional y el té, que he valorado mucho. La ubicación junto a la estación es perfecta para moverse por todas partes con facilidad. Además, la habitación es tal y como se ve en las fotos. El personal de recepción es muy amable, y tanto el check-in como el check-out son muy fáciles y ágiles.

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien, nada que reprochar. Sólo hay que tener en cuenta que el armario cuenta con poco espacio y hay que organizarse bien para mantener un cierto orden.

Well appointed hotel right next to train station
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, well appointed hotel located next to Kyoto station. Rooms were decently sized, king size bed seemed bigger than usual and you were able to access remaining wash/dry times directly from your room.

Cons:

Only two washer/dryers were available onsite.

A great experience, thank you!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing! The staff was wonderful, they were so helpful and accommodating. We loved our time at the hotel and the location is a 2 minute walk to the train station and restaurants. The rooms are beautiful.

Cons:

It was nice to have 2 washing machines, but they were constantly being used morning, noon, night and in the middle of the night. I finally got a machine at 4 am, and people were waiting as soon as I was finished! Since many travelers visit japan for more than a week, it is important for us to be able to wash clothes. You might consider eliminating the vending machines and getting more washing machines to meet the needs of the numerous amounts of people who needed to do their laundry!

Great location, and lovely hotel
Pros:

Location - literally 100m from Kyoto Station. Ideal if you’re coming off the Shinkansen

Staff - professional, friendly and helpful staff

Rooms - clean, spacious and very comfortable. Shower is separate (not shower/bath) and nice showerhead

Fantastic location, with Kyoto-esque Interior and Great Service.
Pros:

The room interior is so beautiful with Kyoto-inspired decor. There is a nice lounge in B1F to get drinks and relax. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room layout is spacious and very relaxing. Unlike other hotels, they don't require the card key to get electricity in the room etc.; overall the service was great and they don't charge for every little thing. You'd feel respected here. The breakfast was Kyoto-themed and very memorable - including cha-soba, seiro-mushi, annkake, and tempura. Obviously. the location is so convenient, with easy access to the JR station, bus terminal, and the shopping center. It was a great stay.

Cons:

I was happy, but to nitpick, the lobby was rather small and crowded. I was waiting for someone there but no seat was available then to wait. If you are not into Japanese-style breakfast, the western / European breakfast is not as great as the Kyoto original breakfast; they had prosciutto, but their bread was sub-par and no cheese / bacon / egg / yogurt selection. Neither was serious drawback though.
