リラックスして滞在できました
Pros:

チェックインからスタッフさんが親切に対応頂き、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
京都駅前すぐの立地でとても便利です。館内は落ち着いていて、大変静かでリラックスして過ごすことができました。
部屋も広く、清潔でした。朝食が大変美味しく、ゆっくりと味わうことができました。
三井ガーデンホテルさんは色々な場所でお世話になっていますが、こちらのホテルも大変満足でした。
価格もこちらのホテルは他の三井ガーデンホテルさんよりかなりリーズナブルでよかったです。

Cons:

強いていえば、部屋の窓の外に終日鳩がいたのか、昼夜問わず終始鳴き声がしておりました。
気にならない程度です。

Recommend staying here for a great place near Kyoto station
Pros:

The hotel is very responsive with my request of receiving a package before my arrival. they securely kept the package and place it in my room upon check in. The location is right next to the station, but room blocked outside noise completely! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room is honestly quite spacious among all the hotels i've stayed in Japan.

Cons:

There were only 2 laundry machines so there was always a queue. The lights in room weren't bright enough. The window is only there for decoration and you cannot open it at all, there's no way to see views outside. The room doesn't provide disposable slippers, so I had to ask for it from the staff.

素晴らしいが、臭いが、、
Pros:

朝食が美味しかった。チェックアウト前日に体調が悪くなってしまい、レイトチェックアウトを申し出たところ、今回は無料にしてくださり有り難かった。設備がとても綺麗だった。

Cons:

部屋に入った瞬間なんだかおじさん臭い感じがした。持参した消臭スプレーを部屋中に撒いて少し改善したが、再度部屋に入る度におじさん臭は感じた。
シーツなどのリネンやパジャマなどがしっかり落ちていないとこのような臭いになります。このようなホテルは多くありますが、せっかく設備もキレイで朝食も美味しく、スタッフも素晴らしいのでその点は残念に思いました。

Pros:

とても清潔でした。また、ホテルフロントの方がとてもとても親切で、日本人でありながら、日本人の対応の丁寧さに心打たれました。外国の方々も日本人の方々にも大満足のホテルだと思いました。また、利用したいです！

Buena ubicación y como nuevo
Pros:

Ubicación estupenda, tenía armario (el único que tenía de todos los que estuvimos en Japón), buen tamaño, las camas eran muy cómodas y el hotel está nuevo.
