Staff were very welcoming, and those working there were very good while they were there. Tea time and breakfast were well fort out, but you got pint glasses for orange juice, not a shot lol
The team was very welcome
The only things found are a bit outdated: Windows and décor. It's a very busy site, but chewing gum was found in the room, and the seats really need an update, unless you like to keep looking like an old 60's school.

Under 16s not allowed to use many of the facilities.
Bed was very comfortable, facilities clean.
More information regarding restaurant location and procedures would help. Power socket not available next to both sides of bed.
It lived up to our expectations for the price you pay.
All was good

The only good part of our stay was the leisure facilities. The pool and gym were lovely and the two ladies who worked there, including Nancy, gave excellent service and were very friendly and helpful.
We booked well in advance and were not told that the air conditioning had failed, even though the hotel admitted they contacted other guests directly. Guests who booked through Booking.com were not informed, which was unacceptable during a heatwave. The room was extremely hot and even with two fans it felt like a hotbox. We had a terrible night’s sleep. Reception service was poor and hesitant when we asked for help. We spent most of the day at the pool just to stay cool and even went to the cinema that evening for air conditioning. Reception said we could cancel, but this was not realistic after travelling by train and taxi with nowhere else to go at short notice.
Not many things I’ve liked but the bed was comfy and shower was good quality
When we came up the ac didn’t work in our room and my sisters other room they offered us 30prc refund or breakfast.We’ve asked about other room but they’ve said they are overbooked . We had fan in the room but still was not even close to ok and that’s why we are really disappointed
