Pros:

We had a good stay and everything was okay. It offers very good value for money. The rooms are a bit old and could do with some updating, but for the price you pay, it's absolutely fine. Overall, a good budget-friendly place and we would stay again.

We won’t go back. Staff were delightful. Having stayed at the Fareham holiday inn it was poor & disappointing. Food

It was ground floor . No lift if he had to get upstairs. He has Parkinson’s

Cons:

The bathroom was so small you couldn’t sit on the toilet until you closed the door. No handrails in the shower & a step up to get into the shower! Poor quality towels , grey & rough!

Bar closed at 11pm should be 24hrs, TV didn't work no one came to fix it. Doors hanging off wardrobe and cupboards. Flakey paint on radiator (a lot of)

We will come again.
Pros:

Breakfast selection was good. My daughter loved the giant Nutela pump.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We saw that someones toast got stuck in toaster and two members of staff assisted immediately.

Cons:

On Saturday the pool was busy, changing rooms could benefit with an extra clean on this day. We went again on Sunday and it was better.

A lovely stay, highly recommended

This was a lovely hotel, can't fault anything, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay

The doors slam and I didn't have a working plug socket close to the bed but it was a minor thing
