The gym and pool facilities were very tired.
The changing rooms could definitely do with an update and the gym was within reception.
El hotel está muy bien ubicado para visitar la zona (Bath, Cotwolds, Stonehenge) La habitación era pequeña pero suficiente para los 4. Los niños disfrutaron mucho con la piscina. Las comidas muy buenas, especialmente las cenas. El personal atento y muy amable. Mención especial para Rufus Carvalho que nos atendió siempre con mucha amabilidad

The hotel is in a surprisingly quite location considering the main roads nearby. Is surrounded by lush green trees and just across the main road you can reach within walking distance the beautiful Coate Lake with the miniature railway that we enjoyed it so much. Beautiful location, at least in the summer.
The pool water should be checked more often as most of the time they seem very dirty. Also the sauna is full of dust and doesn’t have the ladle with water and maybe some essential oil (that would add a big plus).
Also they should upgrade the windows to double glazed.. as they seem very unsafe. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable especially for adults. They should provide a good quality mattress topper at least.
Good location just off M4.
Room was a bit dusty. As a person with allergies iam sensitive to dusty environments
