Overall very comfortable and clean. Good facilities and friendly staff.
Pros:

Very good choice at breakfast although some of the cooked items didn’t keep hot very well.

Bath robes provided

Very helpful staff

Cons:

Although there was a heating control on the wall, this didn’t appear to be actually controllable and the room was a little chilly at times.

I’ve stayed many times, the sofa bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, worse it’s ever been and the aircon kept turning. I didn’t complain as I was only there 2 nights. The lack of affordable vegan options in the restaurant is still very disappointing.

Spotless room. Great pool. Lovely , plentiful breakfast, the chef went out of his way to make my grandsons porridge! Staff kind and helpful. A great stay!

A really good experience
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. The Staff were brilliant very happy and friendly. The room had all the equipment you would need for a comfortable stay and the fact they supplied a dressing gown was a real bonus.

Cons:

The shower was a little narrow for myself. On the morning we were leaving there wasn't any hot water, thankfully the kettle allowed us to a least have a hot wash but no shower and difficult to wash our hair. But we do understand problems do happen, and this didn't interfere was our pleasant stay
