It was a nice stay and we might be returning in the future.
Pros:

The Breakfast was great it was probably the best I have had at any hotel.

Hotel needs a glow up
Pros:

The location was fine. Easy to get to.

Cons:

There were giant holes in the curtains. Cracked ceiling. Mold looking stuff on the window. Cracked sink. Slow draining in sink.

Room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Great location, easy access
I had an issue with my TV and it was taken care of right away. Much appreciated.

Cons:

I had a second floor room overlooking AC units on a roof. Bummer

I wouldn’t stay here again and I’ll make sure my extended family doesn’t either.

Cons:

Rooms were decorated oddly. Cheap feel. Both of my rooms smelled of dogs. The lobby smelled of smoke because guests are allowed and offered seating outside by the front entrance of the hotel. The elevators felt unstable. Expected higher quality from Holiday Inn. It was just an odd Holiday Inn.

Seemed to be needing updating, rather run down with carpet down the hall & rooms. Had to pay for same breakfast that we normally get free in other hotels.

I won't be back
Pros:

Location met my needs.

Cons:

I paid for breakfast, but needed it by 0600. Service didn't start until 0630. Nothing on the web site, so I didn't know. The check in person was not at all helpful, and exuded an attitude of "I don't care." The room wasn't clean. The phone was not by the bed, so no use asking for a wake up call.
