customer service was terrible I will never go back
Cons:

I checked in at 3pm and the stuff put me in a room that I did not book ! I booked a one bedroom king suite she put me in a standard queen bed. I stated I booked a king suite she was very rude and stated well you booked it through booking.com and this is how it came through I pulled up my email confirmation and showed her it states a one bedroom king suite and she walked away and didn’t want to help me I couldn’t believe the customer service was terrible

Pros:

Comfortable bed and room with great light blocking blinds

Cons:

I was disappointed that there wasn’t a free airport shuttle even though I was told there was. It is only for people paying to leave there car there during a trip

Amazing Staff - Great Breakfast!!!
Pros:

Important note - stayed during the snowstorm in March 2026. Check in was quick and easy. Lobby is clean, HUGE television (wall of TVs), games, large sofa, extra tables/chairs scattered in this area to work/visit with others. Bar on the side of this area (I did not visit). Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good - not prepackaged items, actual cooked eggs, fresh fruit, etc. The breakfast room staff continually cleaned, removed plates, stocked the food, and were so kind!

Cons:

The air freshener in the lobby area was a bit strong. Nothing else!!
