Staff was great, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Floor was damp all the time, kids feet got dirty, room was really small compared to pictures. We had the suite also not what we expected.

Pros:

The room was clean. I asked to have the sheets switched and a few extra towels, they cleaned without hesitation. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

The bathroom itself was a little cramped.

Pros:

Clean room. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. All the guests seemed to be on friendly terms with the desk staff. The front desk was always staffed, so their was hardly any wait.

It was a huge difference between the cost and value. Would not recommend.
Pros:

The pool was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Our shower was not clean. There was hair in it and what I assume/hope was leftover shampoo in the tub. Outside of our window was a solid wall about 5 feet away.

We think Sharon is the best!!
Pros:

The rooms were ACTUALLY clean which was a nice change vs other places we've stayed recently. The lady that was on all night was so ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Sharon deserves ALL of the praise and if I could have tipped her, there's no amount of money that could truly express how amazing we all thought she was!
