Makes me re-think next stopover in Duluth.
Pros:

It’s normally clean and reasonable. The room they put us in with our dog was dumpy/dingy. Electric heat sucks.

Cons:

Electric baseboard heat. Dumpy room for dogs.

Good location close to restaurants and highway. Room was clean and comfortable.
Decent breakfast - friendly staff.

Cons:

Bad smell / deodorizer throughout the hotel. A little bit run down but clean and good enough for overnight stay.

Pros:

It was extremely clean, fantastic breakfast and perfect location. It wasn’t highway robbery to book and the kids enjoyed the nice pool and hot tub also
