The staff was very nice.

Cons:

They advertise that they offer breakfast only for us to learn that the restaurant had been closed for a couple of months. That was a real inconvenience considering this was one of the primary reasons we booked with this hotel so we wouldn't have to spend extra money.

I'm looking forward to the remodel and the ancillary items being addressed.
Pros:

The property is currently undergoing remodeling, so please consider my points accordingly. The room furniture is exceedingly lovely. Postmodern, Nordic/Scandinavian feel to the room. The bed was great.

Cons:

The ice machine didn't work, and the vending machine was torn up. The hot water pressure was barely adequate.
