Additionally, There were people hanging out on the second floor hallway, dog barking all night long. Very poor service.

The AC was too loud, preventing me from sleeping and when complained at the front desk, requested another room, the attending staff simply said we had already used the room-there’s no other room available. It took an unfortunate argument to finally get another room where the AC was still loud, outdated but a bit quieter than the previous room.
Very unsatisfied experience!!
