Not pleased at all. Second year in a row
Pros:

My sister uses a walker so I requested a room close so she wouldn’t have a lot of walking to do. They gave us the first room off the lobby. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cons:

My sister and I come up from Maryland every year to visit relatives. We picked your establishment because it has a hot tub. This is the second year in a row that the hot tub was out of service. Last year we stayed at your Danville location. Their hot tub and pool were both out of service. Would rather stay in Lewisburg location but their prices are always way to high for a one night stay this time of year. The pool water was like ice cubes.
The pillows were way too soft to offer any support.
The gentleman at the desk when asked about a restaurant replied he didn’t know he eats at home.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. We were able to check in early to get ready for the wedding we were attending. Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfast that I’ve had. The food was hot and well prepared. Our room was clean and comfortable, plenty of towels. Very nice experience!
