Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent, right next to the Gateway Arch and the riverfront. Our room had a great view of the Arch. The room itself was clean, and most of the staff members were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

At check-in, I was told that signing up for the Hyatt loyalty program would allow me to upgrade to a higher floor. I agreed based on that conversation, but the additional upgrade charge wasn’t mentioned until afterward. I would have appreciated clearer disclosure of the cost before consenting.

Right in the heart of the arches. Views were awesome.
