Cost of valet or self parking.
Bathroom had hair in the shower drain and was not stocked properly with towels. Hotel staff came and cleaned the bathroom but not until I had to go to the front desk and ask for the manager. Tried calling but no answer.

This website did not book our room, so we almost did not have a room at all on a crazy busy night where all the costs skyrocketed for some sorority event.

Air conditioning in room didn’t work. After being out all day in 95 degree weather, we were looking forward to a cold room. Maintenance tried to repair but no luck. 80 degrees in the room all night. Hotel was fully booked so couldn’t swap rooms.
Proximity to the arch and Busch stadium.
Not having my daughter grab a used vape pin out of floor as soon as we get there… not getting barraged by the valet. Not having a bug crawl on us in the middle of the night
