St. Louis Arch experience on July 4
Pros:

Excellent location. Outstanding staff. Breakfast service was exceptional. Room very clean and comfortable. Despite the traffic flow disruptions due to the holiday, valet staff were incredibly helpful in explaining parking options.

Take a coat
Pros:

I froze, my air conditioner wouldn't stop running. I turned it off it kept going. I called the front desk and they told me they would send someone up. After 2 hours nobody showed up. So I got tired of having to wear my coat I turned the heater on ran it for 5 minutes and it fixed it. The blower finally stopped.

Great STL Downtown hotel
Pros:

Love the location of Hyatt at Arch. Restaurants in site are great with reasonable price and delicious food. Parking is not bad.

Great outside of holiday weekends/visits
Pros:

Hotel was nice. Location and view is incredible (as long as you are aware of any streets being blocked off etc). Bellhops were delightful. Front desk staff were dismissive.

Cons:

Parking was extremely limited. If you are coming from a road trip, expect to have to take additional storage off the car. We weren't given any advanced notice that streets were blcoked off due to the holiday and it took us an extended amount of time to get to the hotel, negotiate to park etc. Our welcome wasn't really a welcome and we almost just packed up and finished the drive home.

Definitely would come again!
Pros:

Staff was super helpful especially on this busy weekend! I got lost and my gps wouldn’t help with all the road closings. I haven’t been downtown before in St Louis since I was little and the lady stayed on the phone until I got into the hotel. She got us an arch view for the drone show and fireworks. It was perfect! Also the scent when walking in reminds me of Disneys Beach Club and loved it!
