Looks better than what it is. Our room was mediocre, wall paper was peeling and found a good amount of blood on our shower curtain.
Right next to the Arch and staff were friendly.

Overall horrible experience. My room was cancelled, once I got it re-reserved for the one I wanted, I was then downgraded to a dirty room without any discount. The staff was not helpful at all. They double charged my card. The only good part of the trip was checking out via phone and leaving.
I love the parking connected to the hotel.
What I didn’t like is what was previewed when booking was not available to the public as it shows.
Great hotel and excellent location! Clean, many amenities and we were overall pleased. Only negative was motorcycle noise outside the hotel until late in the evening. It in no way impacted our stay but was definitely irritating. Such a great hotel in such a great location.
The location of this hotel is wonderful as it is right at The Arch and the associated museum. So convenient for walking to many sites of interest. The hotel also is not far from the Metro Link station so I was able to take Metro Link to the hotel from the airport (only $2.50). Staff was wonderful and considerate and my room was a perfect small jewel that was just right for me with a fabulous view of The Arch that I loved to see in the morning and at night. I was able to check in to my room early and that was wonderful after a long night of getting ready to travel and an early flight.
I liked that it was right down the road from the casino as well as quite a few other things downtown
Only thing that I did not like is there was tons of people $50 to park your car with no on-site parking only Violet parking and I really don’t like people driving my car and had to wait because I had a manual vehicle very little security. I had people knocking at my door throughout the whole night Barely got any sleep. I was so tired from my doorbell. I did not even wake up by the time I got some rest it was roughly around 4 o’clock in the morning and I paid $480 for a room with no view and the only thing I was looking at was a flat roof and the other side of the building Highly doubtful I will ever stay at this place again

Our favorite hotel when we come visit the city. So clean, great customer service, and right next to the arch! Great private parking too! (We love STL)
