Excellent every time
Pros:

Our favorite hotel when we come visit the city. So clean, great customer service, and right next to the arch! Great private parking too! (We love STL)

Great location. They made their mistake right and corrected it fast.

Cons:

We had to pick between a big bed or a view when we booked a view and big bed. There was a hole on the black out curtain and a dried crusted booger on our shower curtains lol. Thankfully we could un button the curtain

Highly recommend
Pros:

You can't beat this location -- that we knew ahead of time. The hotel itself is sparkling clean, and the beds are super comfy. The check-in experience was quick and easy -- as was the valet service. Everyone is super friendly!

Not Worth the Price
Pros:

Rooms are just ok. Staff are not that friendly. Food at bar mediocre, drinks... weak and overpriced. Booked for a romantic staycation with wife, will not return.

Pros:

The location was great. I liked the bathroom set up. The view of the river and the location.
The staff was very helpful. Valet service was excellent. Especially in the extremely cold weather. They remained courteous and helpful.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was low.
The toilet overflowed.
No free breakfast as advertised.It was hard finding food. No microwave in the room.

Lovely Conference
Pros:

The Hyatt at the Arch was a solid and enjoyable place to stay. We loved our view of the Arch, slept well, enjoyed the hotel's amenities and nearby dining. We'll be happy to return, should our organization bring us back to St. Louis.

Met expectations as far as the room was concerned.
Pros:

The hotel is a few hundred yards from the Arch, and our room had a wonderful view of it.

Cons:

There isn't anything open after dark anywhere around the hotel.
