とにかくスタッフが親切

Cons:

照明がやや暗い、バスタブがない部屋だった、窓からの風景がよくない部屋だったが、急に宿泊を決めたので仕方がない

A great stay
Pros:

The hotels location and facilities. Spacious lobby and rooms. Clean facilities and room. The coffee place, on site restaurant and room service were amazing.
Having a hair dresser under my was an added bonus and the staff were very helpful.
Only thing I did not notice is recognizing my gold Marriott status like other JW around the world .
All in all one of my favorite stays in London

A Magical Experience
Pros:

Two of us booked the Magic Faraway Tree afternoon tea to celebrate milestone birthdays. The sandwiches, scones and cakes were excellent. The cakes were Magic Faraway Tree themed & there was even a chocolate smoking tree, very cleverly done. There was a large selection of teas and several jams to have with the scones. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff were very attentive. Saiful went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves.

Excelente !!!!
Pros:

El Hotel es fabuloso como los JW nos tiene acostumbrado. Se encuentra frente al Hyde Park y walking distance a las principales calles como Oxford Street y Regent para hacer compras y pasear. Tiene 3 restaurantes y un Starbucks dentro del Hotel. Además cuenta con un lounge que parece el de un Aeropuerto y siempre está para agarrar un café , una gaseosa o picar algo.
