The room was spacious and comfortable.

The guest staff were absolutely amazing and so kind. The registration building is beautiful with the fireplace and decor. WE LOVE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO BRING OUR LITTLE MALTEPOODLE WITH US. The option for a fire pit or basketball outside was nice. However, we didn't use those amenities because the weather was so cold outside and windy. WE STAYED FOR THANKSGIVING, SO WE DECORATED OUR SUITE.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, from front desk, breakfast attendants, house keeping and many others, that I did not get names were awesome. Housekeeping and maintenance was observed ALL DAY cleaning and wiping down surfaces. This hotel was very well maintained and attention given to safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming experience. We had three two bedrooms suites. We got late, but we were still missing some people. So they checked us in for all the rooms. This made it easy. The rooms were clean and nicely done. It made for a nice stay.

Clean and pleasant staff. Everything went smoothly and honestly have no complaints. Its close to the highway so easy access and good location around restaurants.

Coffee maker not working.

The breakfast was perfect. The woman who maintains the breakfast area was awesome. She took good care of our group of seven and fussed over our beautiful baby.

Outstanding staff all throughout our stay. Especially Breakfast attendant Marsia Tritsch. Always greeted with a friendly smile and nice to hear her chatting with and helping other guests as well. Made for a great atmosphere each morning.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, from the Front Desk Staff, Manager, Breakfast Staff and Room cleaners, it was way above average in customer service.

The hotel itself is dated and ready for an upgrade. My TV didn’t work, furniture looked worn out and some lights were inoperative. Normally, I wouldn’t come back, but the Staff more than made up for it.

The two employees at the front desk were nice and helpful during check in. After that, complete staff disaster. Employees took it upon themselves to monitor the arrival and subsequent brief stay of a visiting associate of mine, including generating noise in the vacant room above me but setting off their car alarms several times while discussing theories of the visit, my cell phone use while I was in bed as they watched from the parking lot thru the too small blackout curtains, and from the room above, the adjacent ‘linen closet’ and hallway outside the room. At first it was amusing but quickly deteriorated into harassment. I left after a few hours around 3:28 am to find another hotel. Ridiculous.

Our stay was incredible. The property is well-maintained and clean. Our room was great. At check in, the team was welcoming and courteous. A truly warm welcome. Breakfast is great! At breakfast, Marsia went above and beyond for us and is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the quiet environment even though it is so close to the airport. We will be back!

All of the staff members that we encountered were friendly, kind, and accommodating. Kudos to Marsia at the breakfast buffet. She really took care of us.
