The place was great and the attention from all the staff was great, specially Ms Marsia T. at the breakfast team, she was great to us and very personable, people oriented, made the experience that much better
Wanted to praise the breakfast staff for their work and cheerful behavior. Our group of around 20 has stayed here periodically for months. Marsia, and all the other staff, was always helpful and pleasant. Thanks, the archeologists of ASC.
Great staff, great room with 2 bath suite..cleanliness an A+ . This will be my go to in Cincinnati!
The room was spacious and comfortable.
The room could have had some repairs.
Toilet seat was loose.
Toilet did not flush properly.
Couch was soiled.
The guest staff were absolutely amazing and so kind. The registration building is beautiful with the fireplace and decor. WE LOVE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO BRING OUR LITTLE MALTEPOODLE WITH US. The option for a fire pit or basketball outside was nice. However, we didn't use those amenities because the weather was so cold outside and windy. WE STAYED FOR THANKSGIVING, SO WE DECORATED OUR SUITE.
The pipping made really weird noises. The TV only played sound and no images on the television selection. I woke up at 7am by other guest teenagers pounding on my window and then taking off. The dishes provided were sticky, so we rewashed everything we touched before using.
The room was spacious and clean!

Very friendly and welcoming staff, from front desk, breakfast attendants, house keeping and many others, that I did not get names were awesome. Housekeeping and maintenance was observed ALL DAY cleaning and wiping down surfaces. This hotel was very well maintained and attention given to safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming experience. We had three two bedrooms suites. We got late, but we were still missing some people. So they checked us in for all the rooms. This made it easy. The rooms were clean and nicely done. It made for a nice stay.
Clean and pleasant staff. Everything went smoothly and honestly have no complaints. Its close to the highway so easy access and good location around restaurants.
The breakfast was perfect. The woman who maintains the breakfast area was awesome. She took good care of our group of seven and fussed over our beautiful baby.
I thought the furniture was shabby ( see upholstery on the chairs). One guest was on oxygen 24/7 and could not sleep lying down. I requested a recliner, but no one seemed to know anything about the request. The guest slept sitting up on the couch with her feet on a chair.
