Didn’t sleep as the hotel was so noisy and pillows very uncomfortable. Noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. So tired the next day ruined our trip

Fantastic birthday weekend
Pros:

The staff were so helpful and welcoming, particularly Fabitha and Mihane at breakfast. Fantastic location and great facilities. Would recommend to anyone visiting London.

Pros:

Abbiamo segnalato problemi per accedere alla nostra camera, le tessere erano smagnetizzate. Ci sono state date altre tessere che hanno continuato a presentare lo stesso problema quindi ogni giorno era un'impresa entrare in stanza.
A parte questo è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole, colazione ottima e posizione strategica

Pros:

Everything was fab, the staff were excellent and very attentive

Cons:

The only complaint were the awful pillows. Hard and uncomfortable. Felt like old ones which had bobbled inside. Had a pretty bad night sleep and they hurt my neck.

Close to underground, facilities including the swimming pool, comfy beds, very clean and tidy, great staff. They accommodated our request which was a quiet room. Excellent value for money

Cons:

Cleaner could not hear my answer when she knocked on the door so she opened it.

Magnifique, très beau séjour dans l’ensemble. Le personnel de la réception doit juste être plus souriant et accueillant

Le lieu , la grandeur, l’odeur mis par le personnel de ménage. Les restaurants et starbuck. Les agents qui s’occupent de garder les bagages.. excellent ils étaient d’une gentillesse.
Le personnel lors du petit déjeuner très efficace, bienveillant.. travailleurs.. et chaleureux

Cons:

Le fait que la dame lors de mon enregistrement me mette d’office le service petit déjeuner sans avoir eu ma validation. Parlant très vite, j’ai dû lui demander de ralentir afin que je comprenne exactement.
La première dame aussi que j’ai eu lorsque ma chambre n’était pas prête, manquait un peu d’accueil et de chaleur

disgusting and disappointing
Pros:

the pool was the only nice thing about this property, was wanting to use the hot tub and sauna but they were both out of order. which was heavily disappointing

Cons:

our room was messed up and as 2 22 year olds in a couple, we had 2 single beds which were messy and dirty sheets. floor was dirty and had staines on, bathroom had hairs in the sink and toilet was not clean. was the worst night of sleep i have ever had in a hotel and to pay £125 for that room was foul, i would never come back.
