Siisti standardi ketjuhotelli erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla

Siisti, puhdas ja raikkaasti uusittu huone ja kylpyhuone. Huoneessa sohva ja pieni pöytä. Ikkunan sai auki. Viihtyisä ja tyylikäs aulatila. Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Riittävän hyvä aamiainen.

Cons:

Huoneessa olisi saanut olla oven läheisyydessä seinänaulakko/muutama takkikoukku päällysvaatteille. Kylpyhuoneen pesuallas tosi pieni (standard huone). Parisänky oli kapea. Varasin huoneen kahdella erillisellä sängyllä. Ko. huoneita oli rajallisesti saatavilla, ja meitä odotutettiin niin pitkään, että lopulta vaihdoimme huonetyyppiä.

Extremely disappointing.
Pros:

Convenient location. Good breakfast. Some staff very helpful. Duty manager not so.

Cons:

When booking, we requested a twin bedded room. On arrival, our allocated room turned out to be a king size double. When we asked for a twin we were advised twin rooms were never guaranteed but we could wait to check in later to a twin room. The twin room finally allocated was below acceptable standard. It was very small, one bed had all sockets and light switches obscured by the pillow, the top of the bed was hard against the side of the desk, there was insufficient space between the end of the bed and the wall, there was one chair in the room which was stained and dirty, tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked and dirty, no luggage storage space, bedside light didn’t work. In short the room was uncomfortable, too small and felt rather unsafe. We reported our concerns on the first night and were told nothing could be done. We were told a duty manager would call us the next morning. No manager contacted us so we waited at reception to speak to a duty manager. He told us the hotel was busy and he couldn’t offer us a better room at that time. This experience really spoilt our holiday.

Pros:

Excellent Location. Comfortable Bed. Fabulous Spa and pool. Staff are very helpful and polite all staff members throughout the Hotel. It is worth the money you pay as it is 4 star

Cons:

Had to put my kettle beside the bed as there was no plug for it. There was a plug for the Television and for the fridge none for the kettle.

Comfortable but tiny
Pros:

Good location, 2 minutes walk to nearest tube station

Cons:

When estate agents can't quite decide how small a house is considering the cost they call it bijou. Same applies to this hotel room, the picture shows the view from floor 1 which lacks any sort of appeal

Pros:

Big hotel in a good location near high street with lots of shops & restaurants & near underground train station.

Cons:

The carpet in my room was dirty not vacuumed.
The sofa doesn't look good as it was stained/dirty. It needs a deep clean or needs to be re-upholstered.
The bathtub a bit small as l couldn't stretch my legs fully.
The sliding door into the bathroom is too close to the bed right by the corner of the bed.

Great hotel.
Pros:

The location was great. Right next to the Kensington High Street tube station. The station itself has a handful of great places to eat. And the area has lots of restaurants and felt safe. I traveled with my daughter and we felt perfectly comfortable walking the streets at night.

Cons:

The pool hours were limited. I wish it was open a bit later in the day. Would have been nice to go for a swim after a long day of sightseeing
