Great for a short stay if room size is not too important.
Pros:

Great location for high st Kensington underground and shops. Only about a 25-30 minute walk to the museums or alternatively take the tube to South Kensington. Buffet breakfast was more than adequate. All the front of house staff were polite and efficient. Another positive is the air condition which is adjustable in the room and if you get too hot, there’s a good swimming pool downstairs.

Cons:

The room was very small at around 15sq mtrs and the bed was about the size of a queen bed. There was very little space between the end of the bed and the cupboards. Shower over the bath is not as preferred as a walk in shower. The lifts were small and could only accommodate 4 people without luggage. Tried phoning reception and house keeping one evening but my calls were never answered.

Very clean and comfortable room with amazing facilities including the pool!

Cons:

Was a little overpriced but I think that was due to the arsenal parade etc. Long check in.

İki oda tuttum ikişer kişi kalacağımızı ben iki odayı da kendi adıma rezerv olarak ismimi yazmıştım.Bana otelde iki odaya da kendi ismimi yazdığımdan dolayı kahvaltıyı odada kalan ikinci kişilere vermediler.Yıllardır bu işi yapıyorum böyle bir şey defa başıma geldi.Hatalı bile olsam koskoca bir otel benim gözümde bir kahvaltılık değeri bile yok artık.Alsın kahvaltısını başına çarpsın.
