Pros:

This hotel is dated but the staff and proximity to London’s theatre district more than made up for its lack of modernization. This is a grand old broad with new outfits - including a not so finished fitness center, pop up restaurant and lovely bar.

Staff went above and beyond for you the rooms were really basic for £400 for one nights stay on arrival the room was really cold and didn’t really warm up much.. we paid extra for the breakfast and I wouldn’t recommend it it’s really not worth it not for the cooked breakfast anyway I wouldn’t pick this hotel to book in future

There was no parking near by - had to park car 1/2 hour away . No Valet. Stairs at the front of the hotel made it hard to enter with suitcases.

A good mid-range choice for London
Pros:

From the name we expected more but the price was reasonable and for that it’s not a bad choice. Our rooms were nice but not amazing and it’s a little old and worn but when faced with an issue they dealt with it well

From the moment we arrived it was obvious the Waldorf Hilton was a luxury hotel.
The staff were excellent and welcoming, the rooms were wonderful.
We attended the bar later which was equally amazing.

The executive lounge canapés left a lot to be desired. The fact that there were no ice machines was also mildly annoying and room service menu functionality from TV or phone was very glitchy. The staff were great with the exception of room service begging for tips. I found that quite off putting.
