Breakfast every morning
Great customer service.
The room was freezing cold with me and my children all night and Matience was called but never came till it was almost time to checkout.
I loved how they gave me complementary drinks.
The pool was a little bit too crowded

The place is undergoing renovations. The elevators are very iffy... sometimes working sometimes not but always slow and never all of them working at the same time. The breakfast spread was large, but not good - stick with the bread and cereal. A note by thermostat explains you might not have heat or cooling when you want it. The heat didn't work in my sisters room so they had to bring a space heater up since it's still the dead of winter.
Our stay for Big10’s championships was wonderful! Rooms are spacious and the worker at the front desk (Jill) was super friendly!

I had an issue with bugs being in my room and had to remove my things and couldn't sleep
This is my second time staying at the Embassy Sweets at 3912 Vincennes Rd. I really enjoy staying here as the staff are very friendly and go out of the way to make sure that you are taken care of. I would like to give a shout out to Jill at the front desk. She is kind and breath of fresh air. From my check it to when I was having an issue with my room. She went above ad beyond. Thank Embassy Sweets and special Thank you to Jill!
We came for a dance competition and ended up with a sick baby. We tried to make the best of it. On Sunday morning I went to check out and tip the staff from the night before - they were great but I was very rudely told “your card was declined.” I was very confused because I did digital check in and I could see the charge on my card. I showed her where the $328 was pending and she was incredibly rude and unhelpful at one point saying “you didn’t pay ME anything.” I had to leave to get my son to dance so my father called. What do you know? I was all good. She suddenly figured it out. I know mistakes happen with cards but she was so incredibly rude and accusatory. I had 4 hours of sleep all weekend, a busy morning and left in tears. Also, there was a bug in the bathroom.
Property was great very nice hotel for the money.
Our next door neighbor was very loud all night.
The location is close to my store and there’s a wide variety of food. Rooms are always comfortable with the additional space it doesn’t feel like a hotel room. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Jillian at the front desk is always welcoming with a big smile.
Jill and Daja helped us out and got us hooked up with a room no problem after a rough night it was a breath of fresh air 5 stars for both of them
Jill at the front desk is very welcoming and friendly. Made me feel at home and made sure I knew about the reception and breakfast in the morning.

Lack of company not shoveling the parking lot. If not by truck then manually. It's for the customers not the staff convenience.
We came as a last resort for my sisters unfortunate hospital visit and the receptionist Matt made a wonderful impression of how to treat guests at the Embassy Suites. If presented an opportunity we will definitely be returning!
I like how nice the front desk employee was, I didn't have to wait until 4 to check in.
It was snowing when I came, also the pool wasn't available, other than that, I would definitely come again.
Convenient
We typically stay at Holiday Inn Express when we travel, but decided to change it up this trip. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and quiet for our short overnight stay. Will keep Embassy Suites in mind for the future!
The ONLY thing I didn't like was the indoor pool. I didn't see it disclosed anywhere on the website that it was heated and maybe that's intentional, but one would expect it to be...am I wrong? This was one of the extra reasons for staying (besides overnight) was to use the indoor pool on a cold rainy night out of town for our two young kids. It was not warm like you'd expect for an indoor pool to be.
What I liked about the property was the staff was so understanding of the kids!They were able to meet our needs with no hesitation!The staff was very respectful!
What I didn’t like about the property was the area!I think it was a little too busy around the outside with the stores and businesses!I did not like the fact that they didn’t accept our visa prepaid cards!I also did not like the fact of the fire alarm being pulled by someone in the building which caused a headache for us and our kids for a few minutes due to us laying down!
