I am so pleased with the exceptional customer service I received from FNU . The representative was incredibly helpful and patient. They went above and beyond to address all my concerns. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire experience a pleasure. I highly recommend their outstanding support.
Fnu was so helpful with getting me a shuttle and keeping my luggage safe until I picked it up in time for my flight!!
Fnu was an awesome attendant!
We always love staying at Embassy Suites. Always clean, great breakfast, with enough room for the family. This trip FNU at Embassy was very helpful as we were leaving.
The staff here is always incredibly friendly, especially Fnu. I feel like the team here has me covered for whatever I may need while in town. Thank you for the incredible hospitality, Fnu!
Arlington, virginia. No shuttle to the mall and restaurants within 1 mile radius like other Hilton properties Hampton inn , Hilton garden inn in Arlington which provides free shuttle to places with in 1 mile radius.
The property was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided made the stay pleasant.
Mr. Hamid at TAP Twelve restaurant delivered truly exceptional service while my wife and I were having dinner, making our experience especially enjoyable.
From the moment we arrived at the Embassy Suites in Crystal City, it was clear that something special was happening here. Kevin, the manager, set the tone in the best possible way. He is not the kind of manager who stays in the office. He was present, approachable, and fully engaged with both guests and staff. You could tell he leads by example, and the entire team reflected that energy.
Seth deserves a huge shoutout. While Kevin was helping us sort out a booking mistake, I had accidentally reserved a king instead of doubles and the hotel was full, Seth overheard the conversation and quietly jumped into action. Before we even knew it, he had found a double room for us. That kind of initiative is rare and incredibly appreciated.
Fnu was everywhere we needed him to be, helping with luggage, guiding us through Uber options, explaining garage parking, and making sure we felt taken care of every step of the way. Truly above and beyond.
Helen made check in smooth, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant, exactly what you hope for after a long day of travel.
And then there is Jesus, who absolutely stole the show at breakfast. With six burners going and a line of early morning guests watching her every move, she handled it all like a pro. Organized, calm, and smiling, she did not miss a beat. It was honestly impressive to watch.
We even had a small hiccup with no hot water when we first arrived, but within five minutes of calling the front desk, someone arrived and fixed it. Problem solved, no stress.
It is clear that Kevin has built something special here. Every single team member we encountered was engaged, proactive, and genuinely committed to delivering outstanding service.
Highly recommend this Embassy Suites in Crystal City, DC. This team sets the bar and goes above and beyond in every way. 👏

Check in: Arrived late around midnight. You have to stop and check in before you can park your car, if you have one. Check in was quick without issues. Was provided with one coupon per adult for 2 free drinks at the bar each.
Property: Typical design of Embassy suites. About 12 floors total located in a clean area of town. The exterior looks a little dated. The interior is nice as most embassy suites are.
Room: I was assigned a room on the 5th floor with a monument view. The view is in between buildings of the Washington monument. You do have another building nearby and you will see the balconies and windows of this building. One thing to note about this room location and im assuming most rooms with monument views, the highway is on that side so you will hear traffic noise. Also, there is a parking lot directly below where they seem to park tour buses, so you will hear the backup beeps of all these buses. On Thursday morning i also heard the noise of trash truck picking up trash. If you must have a monument view i recommend you request a higher floor, but not sure even being at the 12th floor would make much better, so i truly recommend other side of building.
The room we were in was not getting very cold and we notified the front desk. While we were gone a repair person showed up and the AC worked much better afterwards. The room has a living room with sofa bed. I had to ask for a blanket for the sofa bed as there was none in the room. The bathroom is located in between the living room and bedroom, so a person staying on sofa bed can access bathroom without going into room. The bed in the bedroom as comfortable. The room was nice but the furniture is certainly showing age and scuffed/worn but everything worked. You can tell this is an older building with some facelifts here and there.
Parking: Parking is in a underground lot under the hotel. Each parking spot is small and tight spots. One night over the weekend we could not find any available parking spots and waited around for someone to leave before we could finally park.
Thoughts: This hotel met our needs for our family on vacation, most importantly it was cleaned and housekeeping offered to clean our room daily. Our room location was noisy at times as you could hear traffic and outside noises, keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper and a high floor and room facing front of property might be better. As a airport hotel it is good. I did find that its location is not the most convenient if you plan on touring DC. Distance wise it is not far but the bridge area on hwy always seemed to have traffic. Sometimes it took a while to get an Uber and around 4 or 5, we were in DC trying to get back to the hotel and it took forever to get an Uber. We even had a taxi turn us down saying there is too much traffic, so keep this in mind.
We did not partake in the breakfast or bar so i cannot comment.
There are a few restaurants and a donut shop across the street.
I recently stayed at Embassy Suites and had a really great experience. We wanted to recognize two front desk staff—Alexis and Isaiah—who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They truly went out of their way to help us and made us feel welcome, never once making us feel like we were a bother. Their positive attitude stood out, and honestly, they deserve a raise for the level of service they provided.
The hotel itself was very nice. It rained on one of the days so we decided to have dinner at the hotel (Tap Twelve) and the food (spinach dip/ sliders) were actually pretty good! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the highlights of our stay was the made-to-order omelets in the morning, which were delicious and a great way start the day.
Overall, this is a very nice hotel with excellent service. Thanks to the great staff and comfortable accommodations, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
The staff was so attentive (especially at the front desk esp. Alexia the FD Manger) as well as the bar gals during the reception. Also, in all of the times staying at a hotel on vacation, I’ve never seen a general manager be so available & present among the guests going out of his way to engage with them even going as far as consistently helping out the breakfast crew by picking up the plates & utensils The breakfast was outstanding (especially adding cook to order omelets) besides extra precooked items like french toast, hash browns, & corn beef hash along with what you’d exoect in a hot BF like eggs, bacon, & sausage. The rooms were decorated beautifully from what you’d expect from Hilton & their 4 star properties. We stayed at this property during America’s 250 Cherry Blossom Festival since a short walk to the Crystal City Metro which brings you directly into DC (so make sure you get off the Smithsonian Blue line station for the National Mall). Also, the hotel has a free shuttle to DCA AP & its complimentary nightly reception with free drinks & snacks. I would highly recommend the property with no reservations.
We meet very good customers service from FNU
