Room was very spacious and clean each day. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly as were the staff at the restaurant and bar. Breakfast was great lots of options.
The property was clean and in a good location
I had no hot water and no water pressure during my stay which put me in a very bad situation being that it was my first visit to the state and I had early plans that I had to cancel. Also, my digital key card did not work. They did multiple resets and I was still locked out every time I left my room. So I had to go back and forth from the 5th floor to the help desk several times. It was not a good experience. However, the GM, Kevin, did send me an email after my stay providing a sincere apology. He did provide an incentive in points to make up for the inconveniences.

HAMIS was always available. So attentive and helpful. He has a peaceful presence. Phan the bartender is just wonderful. I enjoyed his company watching him serve. Everyone was excited to say Hello to him. I spent 10 days when I finally leave. Love the staff house keeping is great but some are not so great. Overall I am going to tell everyone I know who visits this area to stay here. Great Hotel.

The staff here are top notch! Their experience and training is very evident in all interactions. At the front desk, Alexis, Seth, and Isaiah are an absolute pleasure to encounter, take care of both anything and everything. Sometimes before I even ask! Definitely recommend this location as my go to option for DC business trips.

Seth consistently goes above and beyond; his professionalism and attentiveness at the front desk left a lasting impression and greatly enhanced my stay. Isaiah was also helpful and courteous, contributing to a positive overall impression of the staff. The remainder of the team was excellent as well, but Seth’s service stood out in a particularly memorable way.

My stay was absolutely amazing — one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had. The breakfast was great, and the room was extremely comfortable. However, the true highlight of my stay was the staff.
