We are usually big fans of Embassy Suites, but this has been the worst Embassy Suites we’ve stayed at. The food was disappointing, the pool was dirty, and the room did not feel clean. On top of that, parking costs $50, which was an unpleasant surprise. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay

Still need the parking refund
Pros:

My booking included parking, but I was charged $30.00. I was told by 3 different staff members that it would be refunded but it never happened.
I will not be staying there again until this is resolved

Enjoyable stay and clean facility
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, clean rooms, and the best part is the handcrafted omelette station during breakfast!

Cons:

The TV remote control in our room only work half the time during our stay.
