Overall it was a wonderful stay. Rooms were spacious and beautiful.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us to reach the airport the next day. We appreciated complimentary water bottles for our guests.

Cons:

The parking lot check out procedure was a bitannoying and time consuming.

Room smelled of toxic bug spray, towels/sheets dirty, bug bites at night and staff did not address at end of visit, the facility was extremely worn and dirty. Lobby chairs and rugs with old food, packages. Disgusting visit .

Clean and comfy, but service was sub par.

Room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Location was also very convenient.

Cons:

When we checked in I got charged the full price for the night even though I had already paid when I booked the room. I didn't realize this until we were getting ready to check out. The employee at the desk that morning was very helpful and said the issue would be corrected. I am still waiting for the money to be refunded to my card but was told it would take up to 10 business days.

We were also rushed by housekeeping. Check out time is 11am. Cleaning staff knocked on my door before 9am. When we opened the door she asked if we were ready to check out. We told her no and that we thought we had until 11. She then said in a less than polite tone that it was indeed 11am. She then walked away and vented her frustrations to a coworker in a room a few doors down about us not being ready to leave just over 2 hours before we were required to.

Breakfast was included but we did not get to enjoy it. We went down to the dining area around 930. There were no clean tables even though there were no diners. When we finally found a wait staff, she told us it would be 10 minutes until she could get us a table and then we would be able to order. When she walked away, the one table of diners told us that they had ordered their food almost 30 minutes prior and hadn't even gotten their drinks yet. So this in combination with the housekeeper already rushing us, didn't make us feel like we were going to be able to get and enjoy breakfast before check out time.

I did not feel like a member and I’ll be pausing my stays at the facility.
Pros:

What I did like about my stay was the space of room actually matching the picture and the room still being available.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about this stay was that one of the staff members were charging me the wrong price so my card kept declining, my tv in the bedroom kept cutting off after 5 minutes and paying for the breakfast through booking but not receiving because it didn’t show on my reservation which I totally understand but I’m normally treated with a lot more decency.

Mon, Jan 26, 2026. When I reached the property, they informed me that "the house" was closed and did not offer me any accommodation. I was forced to book another hotel at 10 pm in snow storm. Ensure that everything is in order before booking this property.
