Pros:

Bree was super helpful and accommodating! We had a ridiculously late check in and she made everything so smooth for us. Can’t thank her enough! The rooms were really clean and spacious.

Cons:

The person in the front desk made a mistake by asking me for debit/credit card for the security deposit. She did not check that I had already paid via Booking.com. In fact, she charged me again for the room plus the security deposit. It amounted to more than 500 dollars. It is a month since my stay and that amount has not been reimbursed to me yet. I had to call more than 7 times and figure out the problem on my own. The hotel staff was not helpful. All this drama for a mistake that was not mine.

the property was nice and clean

Cons:

there was a terrible smell in our room as if there was a dead animal or something somewhere and the fridge wasn’t left on and i put $30 worth of food in there and when i went to eat it it was warm and i had to throw it out

Easy access to the airport. Free shuttle.

Cons:

Could hear neighbors all night, kids running up and down halls. They also double booked and I didn’t get the room I paid for. When getting a new room they double charged me for this new room. Awaiting reimbursement however I am currently out hundreds of dollars.

Friends in town for a concert ok for one night.
Pros:

Bar in lobby Beds were comfy. Coffee and hot tea in lobby. 24 hr store area in lobby for drinks snack etc.

Cons:

Breakfast Buffett not worth the price. Food was ok at best. Bar is pricey. $12 shots. Hotel rooms are overpriced based on age of rooms and location.

Very disappointed in the customer service.
Pros:

The lady who served us breakfast was very friendly and a good server (though the food was really bad).

I messaged the property via the booking.com app (they messaged me here first) and let them know that we would be late for our check in due to a flight delay. When we arrived, they said we were a no-show because I didn't call the front desk. I showed them the message that I sent them hours before but they were very rude and would not check us in to a room. They billed me for the two rooms and seven breakfasts that I prepaid and did not provide these until hours later when the manager arrived at 8am after were were laying in their lobby exhausted.
