Room was OK but was not thoroughly cleaned. We found some stuff from other people on the floor.

Er was geen warm water in de badkamer. Dit probleem was bekend maar is ons niet verteld bij het inchecken. Zeer onprofessioneel en klant-onvriendelijk.
The staff were all friendly and pleasant, from the woman at the front desk at check in, the bartender that night, to everyone we encountered while eating breakfast. The variety of food offered at breakfast had something for everyone. The location was really good (not far from ballpark) and the shuttle to the airport was helpful.
Temp in the room was inconsistent, cold...then hot...then cold...
The corner of the ceiling in the sitting area looked like it had water damage.
The shower curtain did not cover the opening adequately and allowed water to get on the floor which was a smooth tile that became slippery. The bathtub was REALLY slippery, but standing on a towel in the shower helped. There was a constant sound that I can best describe as a distant horn honking that kind of kept me up and I didnt sleep well. It was something inside, was not a car horn outside as i heard ot all the time both nights. Pillows got super flat overnights.

Conveniently located, the room was exceedingly comfortable and very clean and well appointed. And as promised, the shuttle arrived at precisely 5 AM and I had a trouble-free, timely ride to the airport, which was one of the reasons I booked this location.

Nothing in particular
Everything was great, the check in was great too. It was a well dressed black woman and she was very helpful and respectful.
On the other hand, when I was leaving out, I let the receptionist know I was leaving early but having someone come back to grab my stuff. Left a name and anything they needed. Guy came and the receptionist gave him a hard time, it felt racist, too bad I didn’t get her name.
Close to airport
No one in room service picked up when I called for food at 9 pm despite their website & menu saying they were open until 11:00 PM on weekends.
