Comfortable evening
Pros:

Shuttle very quick and helpful. Room was large, clean, comfortable. Room coffee was great.

Cons:

Front desk staff last night were short and not helpful. It took forever to get someone to answer the phone. No direct connect to front desk.

Cons:

The restaurant has really fallen off. Many menu items not available, took over a half hour to get a cold platter. And then I said just get me a burger.. kept waiting and then they brought the cold platter anyway. In room heat didn't work, multiple lights didn't work. No hot water in sink. Sadly we enjoyed being here over the years, but the last 2 experiences may force us to go elsewhere.

Not fully clean room m, but oh well, good for one night

Suite was good to have

Cons:

There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower bar when I went in the room. The air conditioner panel was hanging off the wall with a two inch gap but at least it worked. There was no trashcan in the bathroom. There was randomly something like a Kleenex, just draped on top of the shade of a lamp. The cleaning job on that room was not very good.
