L'aria della stanza
Bellissima struttura, modera e con camere grandi e confortevoli. Comodissima per la vicinanza all'aeroporto e la disponibilità della navetta gratuita per l'aeroporto.
Avevamo prenotato per 4, ma il divano per i bambini non era stato preparato. Abbiamo chiesto le lenzuola e dopo diverse ore ancora non avevano provveduto. Dopo la seconda richiesta ci hanno finalmente portato le lenzuola e abbiamo dovuto fare il letto autonomamente: non è il tipo di servizio e accoglienza che ci si aspetterebbe da un 4 stelle di questo richiesto.

Only issue I had was that the skirt to one bed was a little dirty other then that no issues at all

The property was neat and clean. Modern and simplistic. The staff was so friendly! And I loved our room. So spacious and cozy.

We had an overnight layover in Philadelphia during our recent spring break trip, so we needed someplace to crash between flights. The Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport was generally okay, providing a clean room that helped us get through the night. The staff was also quite helpful, despite the hotel clearly not having the staffing needed to serve the guests registered that night.
That said, the overall level of service was not what I'd expect for an airport hotel. This is especially true of the food service. We arrived at the hotel shortly after 9p, and by the time we got checked in the only place that might have provided food was the bar - through I could not verify that since the bartender never acknowledge my presence. We ended up ordering Uber Eats as I was unwilling to wait any longer to be told the kitchen was closed
The next morning, my wife went down to get coffee early before we headed back to the airport, only to be told that coffee was not yet available. Again, I might expect that at a suburban motor lodge, but not at an airport hotel near one of the busiest airports in the US.
Very spacious room
Cost for the breakfast was pretty high all things considered
Short notice stay due to flight cancellation. Staff was over accommodating, super courteous, and helpful. Made a not so great situation a pleasure.
