Good value, pretty building!
Pros:

The elevator view inside the building was beautiful!

Cons:

Someone was obviously smoking weed right outside our room. The front desk lady seemed overworked and annoyed.

I booked a stay at Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport
Mon, Jan 26, 2026. When I reached the property, they informed me that "the house" was closed and did not offer me any accommodation. I was forced to book another hotel at 10 pm in snow storm. Ensure that everything is in order before booking this property.

The customer service was all that ! The ladies that worked the front during my stay were so nice also the house keeper !

Pros:

We had dinner in your restaurant. The food was very good and a reasonable price. The server was very friendly and interactive. He made sure everything was to our liking.

There was a room offered at 4 am so we could rest and sleep before going back out for further work

The airport shuttle was great

Cons:

The employee at check-in had me standing for 5 minutes in front of her while she completed some other tasks and the line built up in back of me, and despite my protest. Super awkward. After that the first room we checked into had a broken bed. We got moved to another room that was ok. Also key said Marriott but it was a Sheraton, weird. I tried to order room service but was told the number don’t work and the menu changed so I tried to order food at the bar but it took 15 minutes to get help that day so I just left ordered out. Maybe the place was acquired recently but the service and experience pretty much stunk.

Pros:

Housekeeper was nice.

Cons:

Bathroom did not have tissues. Went downstairs to reception desk, they said tissues was not available cause housekeeping was not there. Had to get nakin in place of toilet tissues. My 2nd room got canceled without letting me know before canceling.
