Terrible, terrible. Terrible
Pros:

Close to the airport and shuttle was provided to get early flight

Cons:

No shuttle available to get back to hotel after flight, as promised. We're exhausted and cold and we paid for taxi. Also room was freezing, heating didn't work over the 3 days and nights, had to use hair dryer to heat my autistic daughter. Staff said it was fixed but it wasn't. We ordered food and waited 90 minutes for it. Manager told us he would follow up but never did. I emailed him and hotel but no response. They had promised a free stay but it never materialised.

Hotel convenient with shuttle service to Dublin Airport and was happy with a clean comfortable room.
Pros:

Easy to book on Booking.com at the last minute. Convenient to Dublin Airport. WiFi very good.

Cons:

Difficult to find hotel entrance from highway, also finding the front ramp for heavy luggage. Inside, I had difficulty finding my elevator to the 3rd. floor. More signage would help.

A big help for my early flight
Pros:

Location & young extremely pleasant staff

Cons:

Being told I didn’t have breakfast included repeatedly because older member of staff misheard my room number 3 times??? We are both Irish! 🙄
