Serviceable for one night, but expensive.
Pros:

Endless hallways all look alike, and signage not adequate. The room was so sterile in appearance.

Schade, dass das Zimmer mit dem Übrigen nicht mithalten konnte.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant ist angenehm und das Essen war sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft. Demzufolge gab es Fremdhaar in der Duschtasse. Die Armatur der Dusche ist völlig desolat. Fensterseitig riecht es muffig, wodurch dann auch das Reisegepäck, das dort aufgrund des geringen Platzes untergebracht werden musste, den muffigen Geruch übernahm.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist zweckmäßig gut, wenn man spät anreist oder früh abfliegt, kann man dort gut eine Nacht verbringen. Alles in Ordnung.

Nahe beim Flughafen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gross und schön. Das Frühstück hat eine grosse Auswahl. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist für die letzte Nacht perfekt und es ist ruhig.

Cons:

Die Menukarte im Restaurant weicht ein wenig von der der Bar ab. Mein Essen entsprach nicht der Beschreibung (Champignons statt Austernpilze und die Pappardelle waren dicke Spagetti), auf meine Reklamation wurde uns ein Dessert angeboten. Wir haben abgelehnt, da wir satt waren.

Ubicación cerca aeropuerto y amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Las almohadas son muy gruesas (altas). Ponen 4 pero parecen todas cojines, no almohada,, con lo que no se puede descansar bien la cabeza

Pros:

I liked that the staff was accommodating and moved me to a much better room. It was clean, updated, had tea and coffees and was closer to what I expect at this hotel.

Cons:

I didn’t like the first room I was put in. It was old and run down, and considering the price I was upset to be put in such a room.
