Kindness and chills in traditional hotel.
Pros:

Traditional features of the hotel. Very obliging staff.

Cons:

The air con wasn't working properly in our room. Room and hotel felt quite chilly.

We will always stay in the Shelbourne when in Dublin . Nowhere comes near to it .
Pros:

So warm and cosy . Restaurants are excellent. The pool and spa facilities are fantastic.
