Amazing rooms, great hotel.
Pros:

The room was excellent and very comfortable, possibly the nicest hotel room I've ever stayed in. In fact we didn't use all of it, it was so big. The only thing I would say is that the pillows are quite rubbish compared to the rest of the bedding and furnishings so they should replace those. The hotel overall is very nice and clean and comfortable, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, the bar is good and the location is excellent for downtown Indy.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't amazing, the bacon, eggs, waffles etc could have been better quality. A bit disappointing considering the standard of the rest of the hotel. Although I didn't go to the omelette bar, which might have been great. The staff helping around breakfast were all helpful and very friendly though.

We stayed on the 17th floor, the floor below the penthouses, this didn't happen to us but I did overhear another guest saying the last time they stayed on the 17th floor the penthouses were generally taken up by people partying all night and it was very disturbing. Like I said, this never happened to us and we got a good nights sleep but if I'd heard that before getting my room I would have requested a lower floor. We had a good view though!

We had a wonderful weekend and was able to walk to all the places we wanted to go in Indy

Great end to a long day
Pros:

Will and his bar back Justin were exceptional. Will was very attentive to all of his customers. He created a welcoming and inviting atmosphere to everyone he came in contact with.
