Perfect downtown spot
Pros:

We stayed here to go to a fever games, it’s about a 1O min walk to gain bridge fieldhouse with lots of shops/restaurants nearby. Parking costs 48 dollars a night which sucks but it puts you in a good area. Hotel is really nice, breakfast was busy but with lots of options. The staff helping out with breakfast were awesome and helpful Pool and hot tub look nice but kind of small. Only issue is the rooms are alittle outdated, couch was uncomfortable and the bathroom tub needed to be cleaned better. Overall this a really nice hotel in a great location for everything downtown!

Cooked to order omelettes and the happy hour. Rooms were big. Staff at breakfast were kind.

Bathrooms need cleaned better. A magic eraser would fix the tub issue. More attention to detail would be more hygienic.

I had five pubic hairs in the bathroom and the tub was not clean. I took photos.

Too many other good properties in that area with good service to go to than stay here ever again

Great location, friendly staff, however would not have booked if we knew the pool area was so small.
Pros:

Downtown location had easy access to food, convention center, etc.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub are way too small for such a large hotel. We could not use the pool, and had to sign up for a time slot.

Hectic chaos

It was a convenient location

Cons:

I did not like the expensive parking fee nor the 100$ a night deposit fee. Only place I have stayed that does that. The pool kept having to be closed and promised they would call us when it was our turn and never happened. Never was able to make our free drink service and no other time slot. Our bath tub would not stopper so that my child could have a bath since she couldn’t swim in the pool. The air conditioning was faulty so we had to get a box fan which no one helped us to find outlets for on the room. The mini fridge in the hotel room even on the coolest setting froze everything we put in it causing cans to explode. We only spent two nights there. There is no way the beds are Queen sized beds either. Felt like two full sized beds. Second day the key cards stopped working even though I paid for late check out which with everything that went wrong should have been a courtesy.
