Overall stay and breakfest
Just the structure of the pull up and drop off section of hotel.
The location was great because we could walk the places we wanted to go. Room was comfortable and spacious. Hotel was pretty and not super loud.
We did the have some plumbing issues in our room in the middle of the night. Bathroom wasn't as clean as some other hotels we have stayed at!
Parking. Timing of housekeeping (late in the day)

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mix of good and frustrating experiences. On the positive side, the location was very convenient, and the room and common areas were clean, which we appreciated.
However, several issues made the stay less enjoyable. The pool was closed on the first day of our arrival, which was disappointing. In our room, the body wash bottle was empty, which should have been caught during cleaning.
Breakfast was another challenge. It took quite a while to find an open table, and the made-to-order station had very long lines because only one person was preparing the food. I even noticed the same employee walking across the room to grab clean plates, which made the wait even longer. It seemed clear the manager and staff were understaffed and could really use more help.
The evening social hour had the same issue, with long lines and only one person making drinks.
The pool area also needed more attention. There were no towels available, and the floor was extremely wet with no one maintaining it or trying to keep it dry, which could easily become a safety concern.
Parking at the hotel is very expensive, so we used SpotHero across the street for about half the price and it was less than a 5-minute walk.
Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its great location and cleanliness, but staffing and maintenance issues really impacted the experience. With better staffing and attention to details, the stay could be much better.
Clean and centrally located next to a lot of restaurants.
Although they provided complimentary drinks in the evening, they only had one staff member making drinks which led to an extremely long line. Also, I was very disappointed with the choices of wines the Hotel had to offer. They did not have a Sauvignon Blanc, only Chardonnay at the Bar. So, instead of enjoying a drink at the bar, we sought out a restaurant outside.
The rate of the room in relation to its location and how nice it was. Staff inside and outside of the building were helpful and friendly. Loved the room layout. Would definitely return.
The temperature of the breakfast bar was not very warm. Four elevators isn't enough in my opinion. A wait during peak times of movement.
We enjoyed the room having two separate sinks. Also the ridge and microwave was handy.
Noise. Noise from adjoining rooms. Rolling things across the floor. Laughing and taking in rooms. Need better insulation. Breakfast needs to start at 6am for those that need to start their day early.
Nice place. Liked the bar and the breakfast.
Hair in the shower room 1502, wasnt cleaned.. The air unit was very loud while trying to sleep. Hard to catch an elevator. Very busy on Saturday. Felt parking should've been included for $250 a night.
We did not enjoy our stay here. We thought we would splurge and try a nicer place, and it was not worth it at all. It looks fancy, the employees were nice, and it is right downtown, but here was what we did not like. First, they did not tell us when booking(until my confirmation email came through, by that time it was too late to cancel) but it is $48 a night to park in their parking garage, and this is not included in the room price. Check in went smooth, we went to our room and we were placed in a room 5 floors above the pool, and directly where the elevator doors open for people to enter and exit (very loud). The room was decent, aside from the water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom and the dried dog pee on the wall. We specifically booked this hotel because of them having a pool/hot tub, these were very disappointing. The pool was very small and there were so many people in there you could hardly move around. The floor tiles in the pool room were always pooling with water and so slippery everywhere you walk. And 2/3 of our pool visits, there were no towels to use at the pool, and we had to wait and ask an employee to refill them. The hot tub was okay, but also crowded. Our first night stay , we were down there trying to enjoy the hot tub when a worker came in and told us all we needed to leave to clean the pool for 1.5 hours or so, we later found out someone had gotten sick in the pool and It needed shocked. That is understandable, but when we were there for our final morning swim with our own child, we walked down and the pool was closed, again. We went to our room after that and tried to watch the tv, we got to watch it for about 15 minutes, when the tv signal was lost and we could not watch it any longer. The free breakfast was also not great. Id just recommend booking elsewhere if you're looking in the area. Weve stayed at a lot of nice hotels, and we will not be back to this one.
The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well maintained.
The beds were so uncomfortable and small.
Location was perfect and everything was at the location
Everything was great
