The breakfast is great.
The girl at the front desk has very poor customer service and the elevators were not running properly.
Enjoyed our arrival at Embassy Suites.
The young lady at the desk was very courteous, informative, and a pleasure to work with after a long day of travel.
We.made it to the bar for last call and Lisa welcomed us there in spite of it being close to closing time.
The elevators are tired but the place was clean and very comfortable. We will stay again for certain.

The 15 dollar charge for parking and it not work correctly, I had to call and get them to open the gate to get out , and I never got my security deposit back but was charged and they won't fix the problem.
Your staff was absolutely amazing! 10 starts to your hard workers. Especially the cooks and DJ Dwayne was so very helpful. Clean room very nice
I requested tub but didn’t get it. I’m an Hhonors member. I always request a tub. The air conditioner went off for hours at night, it was uncomfortable breathing for those hours. I was too busy and too tired to deal with calling.

Hard to find parking due to driveway repairs. Check-in exceptionally slow. Bedroom door very squeeky and annoying. Room was for five people and only enough towels for two. I asked for a crib when I reserved room, had to call 2x before getting one. Happy hour had long wait line and ran out of complemary snacks. Breakfast was disorganized, ran out of utensils, plates, glasses. Food platters were empty before refilled. Many people either didn't get a special order omlet or got the wrong one. Pool was cloudy. Most of staff seemed like they weren't happy.
The system went down when we arrived to check in. Staff was doing great under pressure.
We like the rooms, bed, breakfast, hot tub.
We have stayed here several times over the years and are always satisfied.
BUT! Having to now pay to park at the Hotel after paying for a room is RIDICULOUS!
DEAL BREAKER! We will be looking elsewhere next visit. Pay to park at your hotel. Good grief.

The reservation was messed up and got locked out of room the second night which took almost 2 hrs to resolve!

The rooms had musty smell, beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom was extremely small and had some rust in the shower area. Breakfast was okay, but floors were sticky and things like sugar was empty and food areas were not wiped and food was spilled in several places! Tables took a very long time to be wiped so seating was limited
