Everything thing was great . I had city view and I was just in time for Jamaica Carnival . It was in the heart of everything and walking distance to KFC. Welcome staff was a 10/10 Front Desk 10/10 Gift Shop 10/10 Cafe 9/10 Restaurant 9/10 . Definitely coming back .

It was my first time at The Pegasus. The checking process was easy interactive. The atmosphere is clean and beautiful. I was checked in by Shuwana and assisted by Ackeeam. Will definitely return.
Ackeem and Shuwana very good at what they do, excellent workers very professional at what they do. Ackeem with assistance and Shuwana with checking in, their wit and character were a good touch and the room was very chic and modern.

I enjoyed my stay at the Pegasus . For 4 days I had breakfast and sometimes dinner at their blue widow restaurant. Mr Richard Brown was exceptional waiter and food was great .

I stayed for 6 nights and I was very satisfied. The staff was courteous and helpful and my room was cleaned everyday. The location is central to half way tree and cross roads and the new kingston business district. I give this hotel a five star

Miss Ingram did an excellent job with my room.. she’s very professional and exceptional clean. Ackeem was our bellhop he’s the man very knowledgeable helpfully and always asking if we okay. The Jamaica Pegasus is the place to be ps big up coutleigh.
One of the best massages I've ever had in my life. Wendy was amazing!! Very knowledgeable and did exactly what my body needed after traveling all week.
