I love it can walk to shop and by food
The location was very good
The receptionist were very unprofessional and unfriendly. I wanted to pay upfront at the reception and I met with an attitude. I had to explain to the person that it is unacceptable for this behavior if the price rate is so high.
The location of the hotel is perfect. Linen texture is lovely, clean and fresh

Toilet water was running all night until I couldn't take nor sleep. I called front desk around 03:55 am headache. Someone came and fix toilet around 4am leave all mess. The carpet haven't been hoover for awhile because it's dirty. The keep noisy when open. Unfinished work on bath lower pipe big gap. Curtain faulty. Loud would in the day bagging. It was a restless disturbing night on the 4th May 2026. The chair have old dust and buildup rubbish both bedroom and breakfast area cream chair if filthy. Even like mosquito blood stain on chair in breakfast area.

Too expensive for the area. I had a fried egg at breakfast and they charged 8 American dollars yikes! The breakfast buffet did not get replenished when things ran out. Service was slow.

My review of the food from my stay at Pegasus. Breakfast was honestly a highlight every single day. I was always excited to start the morning! Now, that oxtail? Impeccable. It was so tender and tasty that it blew me away. The flavor, the texture, everything was spot on. The pork was delicious too, and the rice and peas with the veggies just tied everything together perfectly. But seriously, your oxtail was out of this world! I’ll definitely be back to Pegasus in Kingston, Jamaica, for future stays.

Pegasus has become a "home away from home" over the past 8 years me visiting Kingston. The location is ideal, and the room and amenities excellent...especially the pool area!
What makes this hotel exceptional is the hotel staff and the professional services they provide. Richard (and other staffers) always great you with a smile and willing to assist you with whatever you need. Their service can not be matched and is why this will always be my place to stay!
The best part of coming to The Pegasus is the amazing service provided by Richard In the restaurant. He’s so kind, attentive, and always courteous and professional. He’s wasn’t only kind to myself but he’s assistance his co workers and anyone else need help.
All the staff were very courteous, friendly and welcoming, especially Ackeem, the bellman who assisted us with our bags on arrival.
