Food:
Really bad at all front, I asked for different type of eggs for my breakfast, they asked me to pay!!! I tried thr retursnt, the pool cafe and thr 24 hours cafe, all bad food.

Charges:
Everthing you ask for you have to pay, I asked for a plate and fork in my room thy asked me to pay to take it to the room, but it's free if I go down to the restursnt and get it myself!

I wanted water, they said I have to pay for it, I can only get one bottle of water per day as there was only one person in thr room.

I don't recomand this hotel at all and willl make sure not to stay in it again.

Service with a smile

It's safe.

Cons:

The food is extremely spicy. Lack of options for an international visitor. Don't expect to sleep before midnight, if you're lucky.. They play terribly loud music on full blast at night. Room service stops at 11pm. Go figure!

It’s Pegasus Perfect!
Pros:

We stay at the Pegasus for a research trip every year since 2012. It is always the perfect place to stay! The accommodations are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff is helpful and lovely! We love seeing Joel, Jayden, Akeem, and Chassi around. They always have a big smile and friendly hello! Afreeka is a fantastic front of house manager, and consistently ensures her guests have a wonderful stay. Thank you for always making the Pegasus a wonderful place to stay and work anytime of the year!

Pros:

Ackeem and Shuwana were the absolute best. Friendly, informative, and kind. The hotel is beautiful but the the service is above the others. I was staying at another hotel and soneone recommended Pegasus and the Pegasus did not disappoint! I am very pleased with the service and accommodations. If you are thinking about booking, do it, you will not regret it!

Fantastic Concierge Mr Ackeem
Pros:

This is my second time here and I was fortunate to buck up on Mr Ackeem again the concierge his customer service is excellent. Made me feel welcome off the bat.
Also organized my final night outing with a most reliable route man.
The room on the 6th floor it is newly renovated and I like what they have done with the space.
I highly recommend the hotel and Mr Ackeem

Disappointed.
Pros:

Comfortable rooms n beds. Breakfast with lots of choices. Always enjoy my porridge n fruits. Near to Emancipation Park.

Cons:

Hot food items on buffet line are frequently cold. Used plates are not being removed in a timely fashion from the table. Some front desk staff are not friendly. Went to the pool bar n restaurant for a late lunch. Then told I couldn't charge my meal to the room. I have been a frequent quest n I felt embarrassed, what if I didn't have cash on me? I could have been asked to go to the front desk or something to clear up any issues or use my credit card. Either way, it was not a nice feeling. I have never been denied a charge to my room EVER. I did speak to the front desk personnel n was told I didn't leave a deposit. Well if I was asked it would have been done. I assume its automatic. I did speak to a manager the next morning n explained what happened n he said they hadn't taken a deposit for incidentals when I checked in n he apologized n said he would remind personnel to ask about incidental charges. But after other issues on prior stays I have had enough of the Pegasus and I won't be going back to this hotel anytime soon. Its disappointing to me because I am extremely greatful n kind to staff n treat them very well n I don't feel the love at times. Oh well. Bye Pegasus.
