Location and staff were perfect
Not much to dislike, I stayed in a royal deluxe room, highly recommend them
Breakfast was lovely staff were lovely
Nothing
location and cleanliness

Nice location, and large swimming pool
The breakfast was disappointing. More expensive than its value.
The location was nice.
I've visited many hotels in Jamaica and it seems like it's standard to be greeted with a welcome juice so I was disappointed upon arrival. The beds are pretty hard and the shower design is horrible it wets the entire bathroom floor, almost seemed like a river was flowing from the tub. Alvin,Nicholi, and the breakfast workers customer service was top tier.
There was actually nothing that I liked.
It all started with a terrible noise early morning, someone was using loud tools for maintenance a floor above or below me. Breakfast buffet was lame, the fruit quality was terrible, very little options, no made to order eggs, the only eggs tasted as if served at badly reviewed Fairfield Inn. Food at the pool bar was worse, had the jerk chicken sandwich and could not finish it. The bar was very poorly stocked, impossible to order something as simple as a Bloody Mary (no tomato juice). Staff did not care about anything. It seemed like a government owned hotel where no one cares about their performance because everyone is unionized. This is how I felt as a customer.
Well located. Nice rooms and facilities
For a hotel in this price category, the breakfast and restaurant food fell below expectations.
Nice staff very welcoming and helpful
The rug
The bellman Ackeem was very pleasant, nice and made me laugh. The room very clean and modern, with beautiful views. Check in process was smooth and fast with Jayden
Akeem our bellman and the front desk team were amazing. The new decor in the lobby and room renovations are beautiful. Akeem was so helpful and well-mannered. They definitely helped us feel welcome!
Just like to say thank you to the concierge, especially Chassi, who helped me with ordering the right taxi/ minibus for our family of 5 trip to Frenchman’s Cove the next day. All went very smoothly, thank you Chassi. Jennifer UK
The front desk staff is consistently welcoming; however, my experience with the breakfast receptionist on 1/19/2026 around 9:50 a.m. was unacceptable. She treated us as though we were individuals who had walked in off the street seeking a free meal.
Despite presenting my room key and verbally confirming my name and room number, she continued to interrogate both me and my colleague about our stay. Her tone was demeaning and made it clear that we were being viewed as if we did not belong. This behavior drew unnecessary attention from other guests, creating an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation. As a result of this interaction, I lost my appetite and chose not to eat.
In contrast, Janice, our server, was exceptional. Her professionalism and positive attitude stood out and helped partially offset the inappropriate conduct of the receptionist.
The room, facilities, outdoors were clean and well maintained. The location was very convenient.
The security staff, particularly within the parking lot were not pleasant and seemed as though it was a burden to do their job. There was an event taking place and the patrons were permitted to occupy the parking spaces that should have been reserved for paying guests. The security directed us to park way across the road at the Liguanea Club unapologetically. I found this as an inconvenience and their poor attitude added to my dissatisfaction.
The breakfast restaurant can be enhance be offering a wider and more diverse variety of foods.
No
The worst 5 star hotel I lived all over world. Worst breakfast only some bagels and bread, some bacon, some juice. When I sit at table, no one serve me and asked me whether tea or coffee. Such bad service with rediculous price, this hotel didn`t welcome Asian people, PLS DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
Staff was very friendly and respectful. The hotel lobby was clean and the pool was very nice and clean.
I’m not the fondest of carpets sometimes in hotels because if I happen to be bare foot, they feel sticky and that makes me feel it’s not prioritized as something that needs to be deep cleaned.
Inviting. Variety of activities available.
