My bother and I first time staying here and ackeem and Wayne are exceptional communicators. They made us laugh with the bun Jokes. The rooms are nice break fast is yet to come but am excited about it definitely looking forward to enjoying my stay.
I always stay next door and said hey let’s give the Pegasus a try and I must say they didn’t disappoint. Ackeem Wayne and Jaden are exceptional working. The bell hop ackeem and Wayne are execellent working with assisting with our luggage and making sure our rooms is set up perfectly.
I loved the pleasantness of customer service the place was clean and quite.

I love the location and cleanliness, and they provide free breakfast, which was delicious.
I also liked the staff swiftness addressing an issue with my room. They were very helpful in resolving it. For that reason I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you
Ackeem was very friendly and polite. Offered help without asking. Suzanne was quick and with check in process was seamless. Would recommend.
I was able to check in early, and the Bell guy assisted and was courteous.
Standing at the counter to check in and the staff did not acknowledge me until the supervisor asked if I was being assisted.

Excellent hotel and amenities, especially all the incredible staff. Highlight of the entire trip was the amazing spa experience administered by Wendy, I highly recommend her work ( I had a body scrub and detox ) which was impeccable and left me leaving looking like a completely different person. I can’t recommend the facilities and Wendy’s work enough , you must experience it for yourself if you stay or pass through the Pegasus. 10/10
