Great hotel, great location
The double bed with two mattresses, couldn’t sleep right
Schöne und grosse Zimmer, auch ein sehr grosses Badezimmer sowie sehr zentrale Lage nah an der Metro und Flon. Ich kam erst nach 22:00 Uhr an und auch so verlief der Check-in sehr unkompliziert.
Es gab keine normalen Steckdosen beim Bett, nur USB2-Steckdosen.
Before I arrived, I had asked for a well-ventilated room with windows that open, and they went above and beyond — I got a beautiful room with a large terrace, which was absolutely perfect!
The room was very modern, super clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The location was also amazing, with so many places within easy walking distance or just a short metro ride away.

the rooms are very hot, even when one turns the heating off. The bathroom could include a body cream, but this is a small detail!
Für unsere Zwecke tolle Lage, 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum Salle Metrolole. Verünstigtes Parken im öffentlichen Parkhaus. Sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer gegen den Innenhof. Gute Frühstück. Rezeption spricht auch Deutsch.
Das Zimmer war für eine Person hergerichtet, d.h. eine Garnitur Badtücher und 1 Nespresso Kapsel. Für eine Nacht war das jedoch kein Problem. Wir haben noch nach einer zweiten Kapsel gefragt. Handtuch haben wir geteilt.
Great hotel in a perfect location! Metro and bus connections are within walking distance, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. It’s also right in the middle of the main shopping area. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and very clean. I will definitely come back!
