Die Suite ist großzügig und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Suite liegt gegen den Innenhof, Vorteil sehr ruhig, Nachteil ziemlich dunkel.

Es dürfte noch eine Flasche Wasser offeriert werden, oder eine gefüllte Minibar

Pros:

Réceptionniste super sympa et accueillant. Il a su bien expliquer les divers choses de l’hôtel. Le prix était légèrement haut je trouve que 30-50.- de moins aurais été parfait mais bon faut tout de même tenir compte du travail qui est effectué par la suite

One of the best hotels i have been (from a frequent traveller!)

An absolute gem! One of the best stay we had ever. Fantastic location, fantastic room, fantastic staff, fantastic breakfast

Sehr nettes Hotel!
Pros:

Gute Lage in der Altstadt, schöne Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend- und flexibel. Wir hatten vier Fahrräder dabei, für welche es nicht wirklich Platz gibt. Wir konnten sie trotzdem im Gang hinstellen.

Hotel mit wunderbaren Zimmern, gelegen im Zentrum

Reception- und Putzpersonal sehr freundlich.
Zimmer sehr schön mit bequemen Bett und toller Nasszelle. Gefallen hat neben der Regendusche auch das Spiegelkonzept.

Cons:

Frühstück. Leider war die Bedienung semi-freundlich. Und noch mehr leider, die Auswahl war spärlich. Wir waren an einem Sonntagmorgen, es gab 1 grosses Weissbrot zum Schneiden und Croissants. Kein Dunkel- oder Vollkornbrot, keinen Zopf. Kaffee ungeniessbare Brühe.
Nur billiger Aufschnitt, keinen Fisch, Geflügel oder sonstige Proteinquellen. Nur wenige kleine Yoghurts. Nichts Selbstgemachtes. Schade
