One of the most amazing stays we’ve had ever. Hotel better than most luxury branded hotels.
Pros:

Rooms, pool area, breakfast, self service for drinks, all the little attention from the staff, modern facilities, zen vibes, and very nice restaurants around.

Cons:

Nothing.

Children 12 and under are not permitted to stay

Pros:

Alles was geweldig. De vriendelijkheid en de service van iedereen was meer dan buitengewoon geweldig. Personeel werkzaam bij alle afdelingen binnen het resort waren super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en zeer flexibel. De verzorging qua food en drinks buitengewoon goed verzorgt en gerechten zeer goed en smaakvol bereid. Kamers ruim en zeer schoon. 1 van de beste locaties op Okinawa.

Luxury, but in a quiet way
Pros:

Hotel went above and beyond from the moment we checked in! They were kind enough to upgrade our room since we were there celebrating our honeymoon. The lounge access was a MUST and had everything you could want.

Cons:

There was nothing in particular that we did not like.

Pros:

The staff are wonderful, it is expensive but worth it when you consider what is included. Loved the fact that pool did not have operating hours and you can help yourself to the included bar and snacks

Cons:

Would be nice if the daily snacks at the pool changed daily but this is a minor comment

The hotel and staff were very good although one big draw back was the false advertisement about lounge access
Pros:

Boutique style, quiet and breakfast is available until 2pm

Cons:

False advertising on the lounge access room needed to pay extra but as we found out, all room types have access to all lounges with free flow and snacks all day long. The checkout is weirdly early at 10:30am and the hotel rejected my request to even extend the checkout time by 30 mins and asked me to pay. We stayed for 4 nights and thought that was not a good experience. I had also my 45 bday while staying there and again though I have checked but the hotel does not provide any complementary arrangement as most hotels do

Definitely a place to come back to
Pros:

It’s pricey but worth it. Central location with convenient driving to Naha and other places in Okinawa. Staff super friendly and helpful. Spacious room and open brunch until 2pm so plenty of time for breakfast even if you sleep late. Excellent restaurant inside which can be booked for the night.

Cons:

Nothing substantial. There could have been more shelf space in the wardrobe. Only hangers is not enough.
