The interior aesthetics are modern.

Communication breakdown: Don't bother emailing them. It took over seven days to receive a reply, and despite my specific request being 'approved' via email, it was completely ignored upon arrival. This seems to be a recurring issue for both international and Japanese guests.
Over-hyped lounge: The '24-hour lounge' is a gimmick. The drink selection is generic, with no decent whisky. The snacks are inconsistent; arriving at 11 pm to find only nuts when ham and salmon were expected was disappointing. I would prefer clear serving times to an empty 24-hour promise.
Incompetent service: I requested the laundry service, and the front desk said they would 'check availability', but they never got back to me. I had to follow up myself, and worse still, I had to ask for my clothes back proactively. They might as well replace the staff with robots, as guests would probably receive a better service.
Design flaws & odours: The 'heated' infinity pool is far too cold to use and has no view. Occasionally, the outdoor atmosphere is ruined by a strong smell of manure from the neighbourhood.
Bilingual gaps: Many self-service areas lack English signage. While guests can use AI to translate, it is the hotel's fundamental responsibility to provide basic bilingual instructions.

As a couple, we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel – and it is easily one of the most luxurious places we’ve ever experienced.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. We were warmly welcomed, offered a seat, and the staff immediately took care of our luggage while explaining everything in a calm and friendly way. The lobby itself is beautifully designed and sets the tone for a relaxing, high-end stay.
Our room was absolutely stunning – stylish, high-quality, and thoughtfully designed. Located on the ground floor, it had a unique jungle-like atmosphere, a private balcony with a comfortable sofa lounge, and a glass-enclosed bathroom that made the whole space feel very open and special.
The hotel offers several bars with excellent cocktails and small, refined snacks throughout the day. The infinity pool is another highlight – perfect for relaxing and soaking in the atmosphere. Overall, you feel so well taken care of that you could easily spend your entire stay just enjoying the hotel.
Breakfast was of very high quality with a great selection, paired with exceptionally attentive and friendly service – very much in line with the high standards you’d expect in Japan.
A small downside: we didn’t manage to find or access the spa area easily. And yes, it’s definitely on the pricier side – but in this case, it genuinely feels worth it.
Conclusion:
An exceptional adults-only boutique hotel with beautiful design, outstanding service, and a true sense of calm luxury. Perfect for couples looking to treat themselves and fully unwind.

HILLTOP SUITE with loungeaccessで2泊でしたが、朝ごはんも夜のバーも最高でした。プールは3月で温水でしたが、1日目は疲れ果ててすぐ寝たし、2日目は強風かつ、意外とぬるく感じて結局ライトアップだけ外から楽しみました。ジャグジーはあったかく感じだけど、風がなければ入ってましたかね。
無いですが、強いて言えば目の前が墓地と雑木林なところ。でもオーシャンビューも少し見えるから良し！
前スタッフの方が笑顔での対応が素晴らしかったです。また、朝食美味しくて最高でした。
The bars offered a great selection of alcohols and allows guests to make all kinds of cocktails which was really fun. The in-room coffee experience was also great. Service staff was super polite and friendly.
1. The entrance was between two large graves and can be missed easily. 2. We waited for 30 min for breakfast to be served and the burger was missing beef patty.
The hotel is in Yomitan village, about an hour from the center of Naha. By car, there is a good connection to both the north and south of the island on the highway. It is about a 30-minute drive to the American village. The hotel is very quiet and its 3 lounges provide exceptional comfort for spending free time. The hot tub and heated pool are a very pleasant addition to the services. Brunch (from 7:00 to 14:00) offers a wide variety of dishes, mainly Japanese cuisine. Unfortunately, during my stay, I was not able to use all the wellness offers that the hotel offers.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The rooms are large and spacious but the location of the hotel was not great to say the least. Inside a cemetery, you could see the graves from both the room's small balcony and the pool. About an hour from the main city and about 10 minutes from the sea.
The lounge is indulgent with alcohol, besides there is coffee and dry cookies. There are no sandwiches or anything to snack on...so it's not exactly a lounge. In addition, there is no spa in the hotel, if you want, you can order a massage to your room
