Repeat visitor--will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Excellent location (quick walk from Zurich HB train station). Comfortable lounge. Comfortable and modern rooms (our shower had a power button--so cool!!!). And very friendly staff (shout out to Juan Franco who totally spoiled us).

Would absolutely stay here again (in fact, this was my second time!!!).

Great hotel in Zurich
Pros:

I liked this hotel a lot. Comfortable location in vicinity to downtown, very friendly staff. Special appreciation for breakfast- very yummy. I enjoyed access to lounge and dinners they serve there.
