Standard business hotel near to sights
Pros:

Good hotel in decent location. It is about a 10 minute walk to shopping and food. Pretty busy lobby. Good sauna although I would have been fine with it a few degrees cooler. Lounge is on first floor so you do not get to take advantage of the views. I got a renovate room which was very nice. This is your basic American business hotel in Zurich. Not a lot of character but gets the job done. Rooms were quiet for a good night sleep.

Delightful staff in a lovely hotel
Pros:

Exceptional, friendly and helpful staff. Every single staff member went the extra mile. Our room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. We ate in the Swiss restaurant and the food was delicious, with many choices. Again, the service was attentive and very special. The hotel is well located - an easy walk to the main train station and the old town and the lake area.

Cons:

There was a little bit of traffic noise, but this is to be expected in a central hotel in a busy city.

I like the lounge the best
Pros:

Grateful for the room upgrade to a newly renovated junior suite with a lovely view of the partly frozen Limmat River. Stayed two nights here. Did not try their breakfast as we had to leave early in the morning for our tours. But I must commend Christina at the reception and intern Natalie in the lounge for providing excellent service. The lounge food was also good.
