Hotel elegante con ottimi servizi, personale insuperabile
Pros:

L'hotel è nella old town praticamente attaccato al quartiere finanziario, massima disponibilità di uber per spostarsi più ovviamente tutti i servizi pubblici. Ad una distanda di 1-1,5 km è possibile andare a piedi all'Harboufront, Union Station, CN Towrers, Rogers Ballpark, ecc. Letti estremamente comodi, noi abbiamo fatto due notti e sono servite per riposarci e proseguire il tour, assolutamente consigliato

A Fantastic stay in the heart of the city ! A great hotel with excellent food and service....!
Pros:

A great room with a super comfy bed ! The reception staff were super helpful and got us into our room early which was hugely appreciated ! We had a wonderful lunch in the hotel bar with great food and excellent service !
We lived in Toronto for over twenty years but as locals we never needed to stay here....but the restaurant was great and the prices were what you'd pay down the street for way less quality food and service ! We will stay here from now on when coming back to the city !

Cons:

Everything was perfect ! My wife had a facial in the spa here and loved it too !

Coffee was served in the lobby, was not being attended to and was consistently out. It was only available till 8:00am sharp! Nothing later unless you pay!

A wonderful hotel - we will definitely stay again when we next visit Toronto
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location for easy access to the subway and local attractions such as the CN Tower or the Eaton Centre. It is a beautiful hotel with a large, grand lobby area that is spotlessly clean. The bedrooms were large and recently refurbished - very comfortable beds! We enjoyed lovely food for breakfast and at dinner.

Cons:

Some of the service at breakfast was a little slow and inconsistent at times. Asking for simple swaps on the breakfast menu (e.g. no egg but some extra bacon instead if possible) were some mornings met with confusion/mild annoyance or 'I will check with the kitchen but you will have to pay extra for that' whereas on other mornings it would be 'yes of course, no problem.'

Tolle Unterkunft für einen sehenswerten Aufenthalt in Old- Toronto

Wir wussten nichts von den Beatles, aber hatten dennoch ein tolles Zimmer

Cons:

Leider haben wir nur 2 Gutscheine für ein welcome Drink bekommen, waren aber 3 Personen.

Décus plus 4 que 5 étoiles
Pros:

Très belle salle de sport, bien équipée. Personnel attentionné. Propreté des chambres.

Cons:

Vétusté des équipements et surtout de la salle de bain (pas de douche et pas de pomme de douche), pas de restaurant pour diner, decoration vieillissante.

I would stay there again but skip the breakfast.
