Impressive !!!
Pros:

The OMNI King Edward never fails to impress. The ambience of the grand lobby sets the tone for this immaculately refined hotel. The beautifully appointed rooms are spacious and luxurious. The service and attention to detail is exceptional. The cleanliness, service, food/beverage options, location and quiet elegance of this hotel has made it our Toronto favorite. Highly recommend!!!

Good but expensive
Pros:

The staff were all great and the hotel is impressive and well maintained. The location is perfect in walking distance of everything central.

Cons:

The WiFi seems to have ongoing problems, the TV options are not easy to use and there is little information available, having said that, the staff were very helpful.

A classy hotel but short on facilities.
Pros:

The hotel has a classic look and feel, the room we had was large and comfortable and cleaning was very good. A subway station nearby is ideal to explore the very large city of Toronto.

Cons:

For a hotel at this level the breakfast was very limited and facilities were less than expected. The Victoria Cafe was closed ‘temporarily’ but I think it is only open in high summer season, not in May when we visited.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage mitten in Toronto. Also alles in Allem eine sehr große Empfehlung unsererseits.

Cons:

Nichts, alles perfekt.

Ordentlicher Aufenthalt
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, tolle Lobby, sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Lage!

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist für dieses 5 Sterne Hotel unterdurchschnittlich. Verschmierte Spiegel, dreckige und verstaubte Tische.
Teures Valet Parken.

one of the worst place to stay at toronto
Pros:

I stayed for 3 days, and from the very first day I requested slippers. I was told they were already sold out. I even asked them to reserve a pair for me when new ones arrived the next day, but somehow there were still no slippers available during my entire stay. It was honestly shocking that a 4-star hotel could not provide enough slippers for its guests.
The housekeeping was also disappointing. There were some things left on the floor that should have been cleaned up, but even after the room was supposedly cleaned, they were still there. I also noticed hair left behind, which made the room feel poorly maintained.
Breakfast was another big disappointment. There were no basic salad or fresh vegetable options at all. The breakfast only consisted of about three kinds of bread, yogurt, bacon, sausage, omelets, and fruit. Charging $30–40 for such a limited breakfast selection is honestly unbelievable. At the very least, fresh vegetables and a proper drink station should be provided. There was not even a beverage corner, and I had to ask for water separately.
On top of that, Wi-Fi in the room required an extra charge, which is something I have almost never experienced before. Since the hotel is quite old, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the refrigerator in the room did not even work properly.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.
