The Victoria Room was as lovely as it has always been BUT while our food was beautifully plated it was cold… I had to ask twice for milk for my tea and the waiter came to our table several times interrupting a long awaited reunion with family.
We had dinner seated at the bar. The bartender, Akil, was great (he was the best part of our stay), BUT again the food was lackluster…Butter chicken: the chicken was a bit stringey and the sauce boring; ceasar salad was very boring. Price of food was very high.
We visited the bar for a nightcap and the scotch selection was outstanding.
Great location and near Eaton Centre. Servers and food delicious.
Cleanliness of the room. Dirty dish left from the previous guests in front of our door when we arrived.
Friendly & professional staff
Clean and comfortable room
Location of hotel
Good meals from the hotel restaurants
Offered free wifi
A small detail but to elevate the hotel stay experience, the rooms should provide some essential bathroom amenities for their guests. The Japanese hotels are models in making their guests feel valued & welcomed with their room amenities.
Took good care of their guests especially when travelling alone and I absolutely love their French Onion Soup as good as Montreal’s

La nostra seconda volta in questo fantástico Hotel!
Tutto perfetto come sempre!
La posizione é ció che piú ci attrae di questa stupenda struttura, abbiamo anche mangiato nel ristorante dell'hotel e tutto é stato perfetto.
Torneremo presto!
Location is GREAT! I find the staff responsive.
The hotel has seen its better days. The Breakfast room was so DEPRESSING. I did not feel the price / value was there.
Excellent experience at the Omni King Edward. The clerk at check in was very accommodating, and upgraded our room to a King when we said one of us was not feeling well and might need more space. Room was lovely, location was perfect -- A short walk to our concert at Massey Hall on a very cold evening. Highly recommended, and we would certainly book there again.
Only drawback was the heating system was a bit noisy, but that's to be expected in such an old, historic building.
Everything! It felt luxurious but comfortable and everyone was so friendly and helpful.
I was sad that there wasn’t a swimming pool. For some reason I thought that there was one. It would be a great asset to the property.
This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever been in. The service exceptional and the Consort Bar serves amazing meals
Honestly this place is old and tired. Room smelled awful, food experiences less than ideal and the staff, well they just didn't see to be happy working there. Made for a rather unpleasant overall experience.
We are treated so nice and the rooms are so comfortable and beautiful.
