Perfect hotel for a few nights in Toronto!
Pros:

Overall, everything was excellent. The customer service was top-notch, the hotel is beautiful, and the food was delicious. The room was comfortable and spotless. Although the room was quiet and free from outside noise, whether from the street or inside the hotel, the heater device was especially noisy.

Beautiful gem downtown in walking distance to everything
Pros:

The staff are exceptional. Comfortable. Able to control the thermostat. Staff were in close contact in advance of our stay to ensure things were just right.

Cons:

Not much at all was any less than ideal- it was all really great. A tiny challenge figuring out the shower controls but once sorted was close to perfect.

Lovely hotel with charm and character that has amazing staff!
Pros:

The Omni King Edward Hotel is a beautiful classic hotel located within walking distance of everything downtown Toronto. This is our “Go-To” hotel when we stay downtown Toronto. Every time I check in to the hotel, I feel like they treat me like a VIP and they value my business. Every staff member I interacted with was approachable, friendly, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The nice little touches when they found out it was my daughter’s birthday was so appreciated and I feel they went above and beyond. The rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and very tastefully decorated. It is a lovely old hotel with such character and charm. I travel globally for a living and I have to say that the Omni King Edward truly is world class.

Consistent First Class Experience
Pros:

1st Class experience! The staff is professional, happy and extremely helpful. The rooms are comfortable, gorgeous and high class. The food is amazing, and you are always treated like royalty. We stay here 1-2 times a year for the last 12 years and it is our favourite hotel by far. It is 100% worth the cost, the value is unmatched.
