Pros:

Superbes chambres et très bel hôtel, super piscine et solarium. Bon accueil mais personnel peu accueillant.

Cons:

Problème de fuite très importante au niveau de la douche (Chambre 310) : inondation de la SDB puis de la Chambre à 2 reprises ET pas moyen d'avoir accès à une autre douche alors qu'il faisait plus de 40 °C

Delightful Hotel and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Hotel was spotlessly clean
Lovely restaurant in courtyard or inside if weather not great.

Cons:

A couple of times we were charged twice for drinks, both times we paid by cash at the bar (kept receipt).
Also when checking out we were told we charged items to our room, when we questioned the signature it was obvious it wasn’t ours.
On all occasions these charges were taken off our account without argument.

Esperienza positiva con qualche ma
Pros:

Ottima colazione con ampio buffet, posizione comoda al centro. Piscina piccola ma ben organizzata con ampia zona solarium

Cons:

Nella camera a tre letti, il terzo letto non era per niente comodo, è un divano letto con materasso diviso, scomodo!

The old tradional building

Cons:

Being told to eat breakfast inside as lady was cleaning outside, the temperature the day before was 37 degrees and to be able to sit outside for breakfast in the cool would have lovely, maybe get the cleaning done outside before breakfast starts! A suggestion

En general todo el personal muy agradable las instalaciones muy aseadas en especial el aseo de las piezas muy bien y muy higiénico todo. El desayuno muy variado y muy rico tanto lo salado como lo dulce nos encantó todo!!!

Pros:

La habitación mucho más pequeña que en la foto el baño atascado bastante sucio y lo del parkong una película, cenamos jna vez y como cerraron nos dejaron todos los platos ahí no pude tomar ni una copa además que trajeron los platos al revés.

Ótima experiência!
Pros:

O hotel era ótimo, estava limpo e era muito cómodo. Os funcionários também eram muito simpáticos e prestáveis.
A localização também era excelente, o hotel fica muito perto da Alameda Hércules, uma zona muito conhecida e movimentada.

Pros:

Wir waren in einem sehr schönen Hotel mit einem wunderschönen Innenhof, der typisch für Sevilla ist. Unser Zimmer befand sich in den obersten Etagen und war einfach traumhaft. Wir hatten zwei schöne Terrassen und ganz in der Nähe befand sich der Pool auf dem Dach. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Der einzige Nachteil war die Lage. Das Hotel befand sich im Stadtteil Macarena, etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums. Deshalb haben wir meistens die Touristenbusse genommen, um die Altstadt zu erreichen. Trotzdem hat uns der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr gut gefallen.
