Bien aimé ce séjour où nous sommes restés 4 nuits en deux périodes

L emplacement! Et la gentillesse des personnes à l accueil!

Cons:

J ai préféré la chambre sur l arrière, car l autre chambre que l on a eu sur la rue était bruyante à cause de la rue..

Lovely central stay.
Pros:

Great location near old town, beach and promenade. Trams very close by too to get you around. Hotel staff very friendly and facilities were very good.

Cons:

The swimming pool was lovely BUT access to the water is dangerous as there are large slippery steps and no rail!! This would never be allowed in UK, especially ay a 4 star hotel. Please do something about this as it stops the hotel for being perfect.

Gutes Hotel aber leider etwas zu teuer. Mobiliar sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel.
Personal super freundlich.
Frühstück war soweit ganz ok aber leider nicht besonders. Keine frischen Rühreier sondern nur diese fertigen tetrapacks.
Internet war so gut wie nicht vorhande, das war leider ein großer minus Punkt.
Was auch schade ist, dass der Pool um 17 Uhr schließt,
Ansonsten war es ok aber finde dass es zu teuer ist für das was es bietet.

The room was a good size and the location from the beach and shops was perfect.

Cons:

I unfortunately hurt my ankle before I arrived to the hotel. The staff were not helpful. There is a lift up the roof top bar but the door to get out into the roof top bar and pool did not open by itself and since I'm on crutches I'm lucky I had someone with me as it's away around the corner no one would see you coming up as the door is broken at the top. The staff also just talked to my partner who is male and did don't want to talk to me which I felt was really rude. The pool is also not accessible for people as there is steps to get up to it and also not very big at all. I didn't think this hotel was of a 4 star standard.

Très bon emplacement, chambre spacieuse, balcon, grande salle de bain

Cons:

L'heure de check-in est 15h. Au final nous avons attendu 30 minutes, la chambre n'était pas prête. La réception nous a indiqué à 15h qu'il y en aurait pour 5 minutes grand maximum, cette attente n'était vraiment pas agréable et nous avons dû relancer la réception plusieurs fois, il aurait été bienvenu de nous proposer de nous offrir un verre pour patienter...
Dans la chambre, la fenêtre est cassée (chambre 615), impossible de fermer correctement, les cris du parc s'entendaient beaucoup et nous ne pouvions rien y faire.
Aussi la bonde de l'évier était cassée.
Ces détails sont gênants quand on paie très cher un bel hôtel, on s'attend à un meilleur état général de la chambre.
La réception est professionnelle mais assez froide, impersonnelle, c'est dommage.

Well located hotel for a short stay in beautiful Nice.
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel for our short stay in Nice. The hotel was well located, close to the beach and old town. The room was a good size, with a very comfortable bed and had an electric window shade to block out light and noise. The toilet was separate to the bathroom which is always good. We had cocktails on the roof top bar but didn’t eat.

Cons:

The hotel is outdated and very tired looking. The shower was over the bath, which I’m never a fan of. The pool on the roof top terrace was not very enticing with a dirty waterline ring mark.

Seguro volveremos cuando estemos en Nice
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, a pocas cuadras de la playa, habitación muy cómoda y bien decorada.

El desayuno muy rico y completo, la piscina en el último piso te ofrece muy lindas vistas de Nice.

El personal muy amable.
