1 bonne nuit dans un très bon lit, mais aucune intimité.
Pros:

La qualité et la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Le début des travaux devant la chambre à 7h du matin, les femmes de chambres qui discutent devant la porte de la chambre pendant 2h alors que la porte n’isole pas du tout du bruit extérieur.
Les personnes qui rentrent 3x fois dans la chambre en moins d’une heure d’espace.
Aucune isolation, nous pouvions participer à tout ce qu’il se passait dans le couloir.

We had no breakfast due to rennovation on the first floor/stairs. Personal/lobby team - purely fantastic!
room was nice. Good air conditioning/cooling, which was really important as Paris experienced +37 +38

Of course it would be wonderful to see the rennovated lobby)

Cons:

Ascenseur en panne, lumière qui passe sous la porte d'entrée, travaux à 8h du matin (perceuses) empêchant de dormir, les femmes de ménage qui ouvrent la porte de la chambre à 10h sans frapper. Le fait de recevoir un mail indiquant que l'hôtel était en travaux juste après avoir payé.

Si bien el personal fue muy amable el hotel no tendría que haberme alojado y tendrían que haberme conseguido una estadía

El dormitorio era luminoso y espacioso y bien decorado

Cons:

El hecho que me avisaron muy tarde que iban a estar haciendo obras de remodelación, de modo que no pude hacer reserva en otro hotel similar por el mismo precio. La habitación si bien estaba terminada no tenía frigobar ni escritorio. Si bien me habían avisado que no iban a dar servicio de desayuno no me avisaron que iba a tener que pasar por el medio de la obra para acceder a un ascensor extremadamente pequeño.

Situation

Cons:

En travaux ! Chambre non finie . Bruit . Pas un miroir pour se raser , pas un verre pour le brossage de dent ou boire un peu d’eau . Et prix élevé . Il devrait fermer pour terminer les travaux et offrir après le meilleur . Je n’ai pas osé annuler lorsque j’ai été prévenu mais je ne pensais pas que c’était à ce point sans confort .

Cozy, friendly, clean and aesthetic.
Pros:

We spent 3 days in Paris. The hotel was excellent, though it was going through renovations. The staff were very nice and professional. The location was perfect, cafés and bars around, safe neighborhood and several metro stations around to get anywhere you need.
We will definitely stay there again!
