Pros:

Room was fine, and bed comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The drawback (but one knows this when booking) is its location - miles from downtown Santa Fe.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. After a long day of driving, the smile and helpfulness of the front desk staff was very relaxing. It is an older building, but very clean and comfortable.

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and everyone was inviting.

The most convenient, accommodating and friendly place in Santa Fe, NM.
Pros:

I have stayed many times there and it is conveniently located to the mall, food, and other shopping. They are all very friendly and have always given me what I asked for as far as rooms. The front desk people are all very friendly and will definitely stay there again.
I would also like to say that I appreciate this place not only for its location but the hospitality that it provides and would recommend this 100 percent!!!

Cons:

Reading any negative reviews about this place sure there are gonna be a few things that need work but think about so do some things in your own home but yet your guests don't post pictures of them on social media.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Für ein zwei Sterne Hotel zu diesem Preis wirklich außergewöhnlich. Obwohl das Hotel direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße lag, war es sehr ruhig.
