No elevator...with a pet we had to stay in a back building which used to be smoking cause you could smell the stell cigarettes.

Clean and Efficient
Pros:

After driving 950 miles, the desk clerk was sympathetic and wanted to check me in as quickly as possible. She was extremely friendly and kind, as was the clerk the next morning at checkout.

Comfy bed but lacking in other areas
Pros:

Issues with TV with first room. Moved to another room and then to another room with an upgrade.

Cons:

No breakfast. Staff did not keep it stocked and there was nobody to address with issue with.

Nice stay
Pros:

We are a senior couple. Tony was very respectful and helpful to us. Room was clean, bed comfortable. We will stay here again

Pros:

Not good . Price was ok wish i stayed at a different hotel. after a long drive you want a good night sleep not at this place better off sleeping in the car,Beds are hard not firm best part was the shower but even that left you feeling dirty the whole place had an oder to it that stayed with you not in a good way. Did not eat breakfast would not trust it , just thinking about my stay makes me itchy, yuck. A bulldozer remodel is recommended.

Great for an overnight stay while traveling. Attentive staff.
Pros:

The location is close to the interstate and was a welcome relief after driving through West Virginia. Great for an overnight stay. There is a very good buffet restaurant for dinner just down the road called Fiddlers. Free hot breakfast at the motel in the morning.

Cons:

The tv was dish rather than cable and rarely worked.

Horrible experience, the first room we were put in was up stairs the room and hallways was 90 degrees the air had not been on all day!! After turning the air conditioner as low as it would go and fan on high in our room
for hours it only cooled down to 78 degrees! Holes in the wall above the air conditioning unit, the door handle to the bathroom was broken and hanging down. We requested to be moved to another room down stairs hoping it would be cooler, the air conditioning was off in the room also, after a couple hours the room finally cooled. Not a very clean place to stay!! Needs repairs and updated and cleaned!!! I should have demanded my money back!! This wasn’t even a 50 dollar room! I paid $115!!!

Decent place, but I won't choose it again.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. My son loved that he could watch YouTube on the TV.

Cons:

There is no elevator, so we had to lug our bags up two flights of stairs. They don't run the air conditioner in the hallways so it is very uncomfortable. When we arrived in our room, it was over 80 degrees and very stuffy in there as the air was not turned on. We opened the window to help cool it off and noticed there is no screen on the window and we were on the 3rd floor. If I had small children this would be a cause for concern as it was, it was just strange. Why no screen? They provide large bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower attached to the wall, but no soap. One of the bottles was off the wall when we arrived..I made sure to take a picture so I would not be charged for the damage. There is a large bottle of lotion by the bathroom sink, but again...no soap bottle. The one bar of soap that was provided was 1x2 inches. That was for use by the sink and for the shower...for two people. I would think for $250 per night I would get at least a bar of soap for each person booked in the room. There was also a hole in the wall by one of the beds, I took a picture of this as well so I wouldn't be charged...I also told the front desk when I checked out. For the most part it is a decent place to stay. My son and I were comfortable here , we slept well and felt safe....but it just seems they cheap out on a lot. I feel like I should have gotten a bit more $250 per night. I personally would not choose to stay here again. I'll stay where I feel like I'm getting my money's worth.

We have stayed at this location several times, it’s clean, nice location.
Pros:

Location and room was clean.

Cons:

The demand for a room deposit after checking in that’s separate from booking. We never had to do it before when we stayed. Stayed two nights and was requested both nights different prices by two different office staff members. But it was returned.

Hotel staff tried to help as much as possible with booking.com screwup.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Booking.com payment declined and had to repay for the room, still waiting on credit from booking.com. They need to have alternative payments for situations like this and not having the customer to pay for the room twice and having to wait 7-14 days for a refund. Booking.com can immediately charge your card but cannot immediately issue a refund. Will not be using Booking.com again.
