Pros:

From front door to banos this hotel is great. Super clean. The staff makes the whole the thing. Everyone is happy. Everyone is friendly. Everything is clean! Food and service at El Capitan, Le Gourmet and El Patio is fantastic. As a well traveled “American” I am skeptical of water and ice. Upon request they will give you “drink” ice. Something a lot of places do not do.
If you come here you will enjoy it. You will be safe and pampered.

sus instalaciones, ambiente, todo limpio, el buffet, todo estaba exelente.

como fue primera vez q iva a ese hotel, pues el buffet del desayuno estaba incluido, de un tal horario, pues como era primera vez, antes de irme almorze en el buffet, pero antes de entrar al buffet siempre hay una persona verificando si puede pasar o no, en ese caso no vi a nadie, y suponia que podia comer, la cual cuando almorze con mi pareja antes de irme, me quisieron cobrar, esos dos platos, por un valor muy exagerado, como unos $60 aproximadamente, practicamemte casi la mitad de lo que yo pague por pasar la noche ayi para dos personas, ese fue el unico inconveniente, pero de hay el resto todo bien
