The hotel’s aesthetic was very pretty, organized and cleaned. The room it self was very spacious and comfortable to be in.

La habitacion era muy amplia y comoda, pude descansar bien. Todo funcionaba bien

Mal servicio de recepcion y reservas, Solicite pagar por early check in, porque llegue 8am, y me querian cobrar la noche completa, dijeron que desde las 10am podian cobrar 50% de la tarifa, realmente muy rudos, No tienen estandares internacionales. No hay SERVICIO AL CLIENTE.
- En el restaurante una señorita Karen muy descortés no nos quiso dar mesa, cuando si había muchas meses, al dia siguiente nos acoso en el desayuno. Ya creo que era como discriminación. Si esperas un hotel 4 o 5 estrellas, en este hotel no lo vas a encontrar.
- No hay seguros en las puertas, tuve que atrancar la puertas con mesas y sillas para seguridad.
