Comfortable
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the airport. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a home touch to it. The room service and breakfast is very good with a wide variety. Denny is a great server and is on top of your needs. I recommend coming here and will be coming back for future visits. Just be ready to pay.

Amazing breakfast and dinner food!
Pros:

The food was amazing and Denny was so helpful and kind. We had such a good experience with the food. He was our server twice and was such a delight. Highly recommend!

A true oasis!
Pros:

Hotel is a true oasis before and after trip to the Galapagos. Beautiful rooms (8th floor) great food choices and the hotel staff is personable and professional.

Excellent place if you want to feel good and eat well
Pros:

I think that even though it's in the city center, it's well located and close to everything. Despite the busy area, you can't hear the noise inside the rooms or restaurants.
The entire hotel has been renovated—the lobby, the lounges, the rooms—giving it a more modern look. It has a lovely atmosphere and always feels fresh.
The food is spectacular, especially the breakfast menu, which has a wide variety of options. Restaurants like La Fondue also offer excellent service. The entire hotel is spotless, and there's even a robot in the lobby that cleans all day long.
I think their price is worth the service they provide.

Lo normal, todo correcto.
Pros:

Realmente todo, aunque hay que decir que el cuarto que me dieron olía y se sentía como humedad, pero, de ahí todo muy bien. El trato del personal, el estacionamiento, las instalaciones que ofrecen, todo perfecto.

Cons:

Pase un mal momento el día que me hospede, había un muchacho que se bajó de una Ford (dijeron que era accionista) y andaba prepotente, tajante, haciendo problema porque me estacioné un rato en el lado que no debía porque intentaba bajar unas maletas, reconozco que en parte yo estaba mal, pero, la forma del escándalo que hizo no era la forma correcta de solucionar, pitaba como un loco, y se bajó a insultar. Si yo fuera otra persona ni ganas de volver a este hotel daría y peor aún sabiendo que forma parte de su equipo de la empresa como accionista.
