Pros:

A great property in most respects - clean, comfortable and well located.

Cons:

The shortage of parking at the property is aggravating; lugging suitcases from neighbouring garages is a challenge, especially for seniors. Also, there appears that there is insufficient elevator capacity for the number of floors and rooms. Waits often seemed interminable. First world problems, I know.

Pros:

Location was great for us to be able to get around town.

Cons:

For the price the room was quite small and $20 per night for parking which was not a guarantee to have a spot. We ended up having to park on the street as the lot was full. They did refund the $20 for that nights parking

Fantastic location next walks. Coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
Pros:

The location of the property is fantastic, right next to the beautiful river walks. The view from my room was exactly what I needed after an 8-hour drive. Plus, I love that one of my favourite coffee shops is in view, just around the corner.

Cons:

I would have loved room service sometimes, but all good.

The breakfast was light and perfect! The room was beautiful loved the view of the river! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends as well!
