Bueno pero sólo lo justo
Pros:

La ubicación es espectacular, en general el personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas se nos hizo muy austero, el lobby se ve bien pero llegando a las habitaciones, independientemente de que sea un hotel antiguo, sólo hay lo básico, en cuanto a amenidades no se incluye acondicionador ni body lotion o algún humectante. El personal es amable pero quizá les falta más capacitación. La alberca es muy pequeña y no se veía limpia. El restaurante es caro comparado con la cantidad de opciones cercanas para comer.

Good place. Don't get caught by the low price. If add everything you need it costs like other hotels
Pros:

The room was big, comfortable, clean and quiet. I could get a good rest.

Cons:

I was expecting the minimum I get in even cheaper hotels: at least two water bottles (they gave me only one), free parking (they charged me $100 pesos per night), a continental breakfast (there was none).

Fui al restaurante vitrales a desayunar y en la recepción de vitrales me dijo la chica que yo debería de desayunar en el piso 19 y le dije que eso no me incluía y me dijo que no que me fuera al piso 19 y el piso 19 desayuné y cuando checaron me dijeron que tenía que pagar y me cobraron 1500 todo por qué ninguna de los dos restaurantes se pusieron de acuerdo eso no es justo. Y también me cobraron el estacionamiento por día.
