Professional Staff! for a difficult day in Jalisco.
Wonderful how the Barceló hotel and staff reacted that day. We were in Guadalajara on the day of the disturbance and I would like to show our appreciation to the Hotel Staff.
First need to clarify that the hotel was never in danger since it is located in a very quiet area that was never affected. The first thing they did was inform everyone of the situation in real time. They knew exactly which avenues were being blocked and what was the real situation. They were aware of problems close to the Airport and advice to stay in the hotel for security reasons. Most flights were canceled. The Staff always kept in mind the safety of all guests. Because of the situation no one went out and no one came in, the staff volunteer to stay at the hotel to make sure that everything worked properly, sleeping at the hotel with limited contact with their families. They worked three shifts without rest and ALWAYS in a good mood although the nervousness we all had was evident.
The food became an issue, since it had much more demand than expected and it was impossible to deliver any supplies. They were very organized and were able to provide service to everyone. Felt protected all the time. It was certainly a very unusual situation, but they took care of all of us.
To all the Staff, Thank you very much!!!!!!
I know that, that was not Mexico, it was an extraordinary situation. but their response was very Mexican, extraordinary as always.

I've attended a couple of other hotels while participating in the INtermoda Expo... Nowhere else has the best staff then Barcelo Guadalajara tequila sports bar... looking forward to the future coming Guadalajara Expo to enjoy Gildert, Brian, Alejando's presens and well mannerisms.... thank you all..
