Las instalaciones y la alberca, un lugar muy tranquilo para pasar el fin de semana. Mi hijo lo disfrutó mucho! La temperatura del agua si bien no es caliente, considero que está mejor que otros hoteles que dicen "alberca templada", casi todas resultan en fría y aquí no, aquí si estaba a buena temperatura

En un par de ocasiones pedimos que nos ayudarán a arreglar la TV y tardaron cerca de 2 horas en llegar, entiendo que tengan trabajo, pero considero que podrían indicar que se tardarán y uno decide si esperar o no

VERY CENTRALIZED WITHIN THE CITY
Pros:

Starting with the staff on my first day. Everyone was very professional. We'll explained and properly directed towards my rooms. Behind the counter the lady was excellent. The facilities are extraordinary. It makes me feel inside a wonderful place to stay.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, la habitación super comoda y limpia, además el agua de la alberca es climatizada, todo super bien.

Cons:

El personal es poco empatíco no te saludan, ni te preguntan si necesitas algo cuando te ven. Pero la verdad no necesite sus servicios ya que todo estuvo bien.
