La ubicación y el personal muy amables.

Cons:

Siempre que hago la reservacion me toca en los pisos 4, 5, o 6 y en esos pisos el aire acondicionado no se puede controlar en la habitación tiene que venir personal de mantenimiento a manipularlo y eso es una verdadera molestia que para la calidad de hotel no deberíamos de soportar.
Ojalá mejoren ese detalle.

Pros:

Lugar súper bien ubicado, limpio y el personal
Muy amable.. mis hijos disfrutaron la alberca que tiene caldera y el agua está calientita, a la vuelta hay un Oxxo y sin problema puedes ir por snacks y comer en la habitación, un día mi hijo tuvo un pequeño sangrado de la nariz, rápido notifiqué y enseguida limpiaron el piso, me pareció muy bien para nosotros y para los siguientes huéspedes pues de infectaron toda el área.

Buen hotel pero no excepcional
Pros:

Personal muy amable, excelente ubicación.

Cons:

Sumamente austero, para ser de 5 estrellas no tiene amenidades básicas como acondicionador o algún body lotion. Falta capacitación para personal de recepción. El restaurante es caro comparado con las opciones alrededor.

La ubicación es espectacular, en general el personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas se nos hizo muy austero, el lobby se ve bien pero llegando a las habitaciones, independientemente de que sea un hotel antiguo, sólo hay lo básico, en cuanto a amenidades no se incluye acondicionador ni body lotion o algún humectante. El personal es amable pero quizá les falta más capacitación. La alberca es muy pequeña y no se veía limpia. El restaurante es caro comparado con la cantidad de opciones cercanas para comer.

Good place. Don't get caught by the low price. If add everything you need it costs like other hotels
Pros:

The room was big, comfortable, clean and quiet. I could get a good rest.

Cons:

I was expecting the minimum I get in even cheaper hotels: at least two water bottles (they gave me only one), free parking (they charged me $100 pesos per night), a continental breakfast (there was none).
