Pros:

The silence, the bed and the shower. Also the charging options. The parking is also good.

Cons:

The old airco wasn’t strong enough to make the room colder. It was still hot on the highest level.

Pros:

Obwohl die Lage zwischen mehreren viel befahrenen Straßen ist, sind die Zimmer bei geschlossenem Fenster. Super leise. Ich bin da echt empfindlich. Aber es ist wirklich atemberaubend leise! Frühstück ist nicht zu beanstanden.

Cons:

Die Gegend ist halt nicht sehr attraktiv aber das weiß man vorher und ist ja eher auch kein Hotel wo man ne Woche Urlaub macht.

A lovely stay!
Pros:

This hotel was amazing! The staff were very friendly, the bed was comfortable and the facilities modern. It is only two stops away from the Köln train station using DB. There are also tram and bus options available to get around to the city.

Cons:

I think the surrounding location took me by surprise a little since it does look a little run down. But the hotel itself is amazing. No notes.

Sauberes, freundliches Hotel
Pros:

Sehr sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer, das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück gut.
Die Lage ist nicht unbedingt zentral, aber das hatte ich auch gar nicht gesucht, außerdem gibt es öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe, mit denen man schnell im Zentrum ist.

Das Personal, das Frühstück und das Zimmer waren perfekt und wunderschön .

Cons:

Das wir keine Kulanz bekommen obwohl die Mutter meiner Freundin und Begleitung kurz vor der Anreise verstorben ist. Außerdem war dieses Hin und Hertelefonieren sehr umständlich . Keiner wusste etwas oder konnte etwas tun und es wurde von Abteilung zu Abteilung verwiesen . Das finde ich sehr schade . Ich wollte nichtmal stornieren sondern umbuchen und hatte auch mitgeteilt das ich bereit wäre Differenz zu zahlen … das ist wirklich, wirklich sehr schade gewesen und finde ich persönlich unter solchen Umständen nicht korrekt .
