Es ist toll geworden!
Pros:

Tolle Zimmer nach der Renovierung! Alles neu - ich mag das Design und der neue Safe mit Lademöglichkeit innen ist super! Der Frühstücksraum und die Lobby sehen ebenfalls toll aus!

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht; das Zimmer war eher klein (Kategorie Komfort!) und es gab eine "unangenehme Lärmquelle" (vermutlich von einer technischen Einrichtung auf dem Dach).

hotel tranquilo donde se puede descansar tras una jornada intensa.
Para un viaje de trabajo la habitación es confortable, y los espacios comunes cuidados y agradables.
Bien comunicado con el centro con el tram o con el tren

Cons:

descontrol en el puesto a punto de la habitación el 90% de los días tuve que ir a buscar toallas no repuestas en la habitación.
el personal de recepción es muy amable, pero el proceso de check in y solicitud de factura es muy lento.

Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable and beautiful room, and everything was spotless. I might choose it again, but only if the price is more reasonable.

Cons:

It's a shame the gym, sauna, and pool are closed. It's like two of the hotel's four stars are closed. The hotel will be perfect once these are completed.

We kwamen moe aan met onze kinderen en hoopten op een beter verblijf, maar de ontvangst was niet gastvrij en de sfeer onrustig. Tijdens het inchecken ontstond er een conflict tussen gasten zonder dat er werd ingegrepen, wat ons een onveilig gevoel gaf. De lift werkte niet, we werden verkeerd doorverwezen en er was veel drukte in het hotel. De kamers waren ruim maar niet schoon, met een onaangename geur. We zijn daardoor na één nacht vertrokken in plaats van twee.
