An amazing hotel . Perfectly located for all the main attractions etc
Pros:

From moment of arrival to departure the staff were attentive , professional and we felt had gone the extra mile to make our stay extremely wonderful.
With anticipation informed I was vegan, as have struggled previously. I need not of worried . I was extremely well catered for and the food was amazing .
We also received a beautiful box of chocolates and hand written card from the staff for our wedding anniversary .
Beautiful experience , would recommend and look forward to returning in the future .

Klidný, tichý hotel. Fajn lokalita!
Pros:

Snídaně jsou servírovány obsluhou dle Vaší konkrétní objednávky (vše v rámci ceny). Takže je dobré být pro toto jazykově vybaven :-). Při našem pobytu jsme po očku sledovali TV (ZOH 26) = oceňuji velmi pěknou TV s velkou obrazovkou.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, zona molto sicura anche la sera, bellissime le stanzette dove viene servita la prima colazione, il maitre veramente disponibile e molto empatico, e molto valida la modalità del servizio "alla carte".
Non il classico servizio a buffet, ma si può ordinare e arriva tutto un pò alla volta!
Ci tornerei sicuramente

Pros:

受付や朝食フロアのスタッフの皆さんの対応が親切でした。バスタブも大きく、シャワーも使いやすかったです。お部屋の清潔感もありゆっくりできました。

Cons:

特にありません。ローマ・テルミニ駅からスーツケースをもって歩いて向かうのは石畳が多いのでおすすめしません。

It was presented beautifully service was impeccable. Very nice selection.

Cons:

The room was very small no place drawers or closet to put clothes. My bed was not comfortable pillows, very uncomfortable. Housekeeping was very nice, amiable and professional.
