Pros:

Great location! Within walking distance to all the major sites. Right at one of the metro stops. Room was comfortable, breakfast quality and service were amazing. Receptionists were always super kind and friendly!

Liegt mitten in der Stadt.Personal so freundlich wie im 5*Hotel. Ausstattung der Zimmer ganz ok. Leider hatten wir eine Badewannendusche zum reinklettern.
Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig.

Excellent experience
Pros:

Jr. Suite was very comfortable and spacious. So quiet, even though we faced the Piazza Barberini. Breakfast was delicious and the staff extremely welcoming. Reception staff was friendly and helpful.

Die Lage ist ok
Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nur auf den Fotos so lichdurchflutet und groß.
Das Standard Doppelzimmer: man öffnet die Türe und kann gleich aufs Bett fallen.
Zu zweit kann man sich gleichzeitig in diesem Zimmer nicht bewegen.
Das Doppelzimmer höherem Standards ist dunkel und die Aussicht ist ein kleiner Nebenhof.
Die Dusche, also der obere Teller hat, während man die Handbrause nutzte, stärker getropft. Dementsprechend waren die Haare ungewollt auch nass.
Für das Frühstück muss man eine Uhrzeit buchen, da der Raum im Keller sehr klein ist und dadurch man die Flexibilität, einfach zu erscheinen, nicht hat.
Für den Preis gibt es bestimmt auch andere Hotels.

Perfect place to stay - we would thoroughly recommend

The staff were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay special. The breakfast and also the cocktails were amazing. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommended.

We would recommend this hotel to other couples visiting Rome.
