Grande bienveillance de la directrice d'établissement
Pros:

Suite au petit problème du spa la directrice a fait preuve d'une grande bienveillance elle nous a offert les petits déjeuners et une séance de hydromassage ce qui nous a beaucoup touché merci encore

Cons:

Juste un petit souci le soir nous avons voulu profiter du spa or le jacuzzi avait été vidé du coup désillusion

Halte parfaite dans ce cocon bien caché.
Pros:

Le cocon hors du temps, le spa ouvert très tard, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel (merci à la dame à l'accueil du SPA), le charme désuet de ce type d'hôtel, la terrasse, le petit déjeuner varié et excellent. Parfait pour une étape.

Cons:

Le domaine est vieillissant, mais ça fait partie de son charme, la décoration des chambres serait peut-être à revoir.
La situation géographique (à côté d'une école), dans un endroit peu engageant.

Absolutely unbelievably overpriced hotel, which also charged extra for a "upgrade" of the room, which was appalling. Old and poorly maintained hotel in a place where there is really nothing around! On a two-week trip around France, we did not experience anything so terrifying. In addition to the completely inadequate price of the hotel, also an overpriced restaurant. SPA ridiculously small and inadequate, definitely completely different from what was communicated on Booking.com. The hotel is at a three-star level, including the attitude of the staff: out of two requests, one was met late, the other not at all... One of the worst hotel experiences in my life. Booking.com should check more carefully what information about hotels it communicates!
